I..." Just as James was about to reveal his true identity, Oliver returned.

Ava retracted her previous coldness and revealed a smile again. "Oliver, what are you doing back here?"

Seeing the smile on her face, James was vexed.

Oliver returned to humiliate James on purpose. He wanted Ava to realize that she had made the wrong choice.

Compare to Oliver's magnanimity, James appeared incapable and discourteous. After hearing what Oliver said, Ava felt even more disappointed with James.

Then, James took his backpack and unzipped it. Several colorful stacks of cash appeared in front of them.

Ava was the most surprised. She was curious about how James got so much money and where it was from.

Moreover, as far as she knows, any of James' friends would be impossible to lend out so much money at a time.

"You paid for her medical expenses for a week just now, right?" As James spoke, he took out a stack of cash from his backpack. I'll give you 4,000 dollars, including the cost of the flowers. Now take the money and get out of here."

"Henry." Since he had fallen from grace, James had only one good friend and that was Henry.

"Henry is walking as a delivery man. How would he have enough money to lend you?" Ava believed that James did not tell her the Truth. She shook her head in disappointment and said, "James, even if you are incapable, you can't borrow money from the loan sharks behind my back and pretend to be wealthy.

"Do you know what the consequences will be?"

Hearing what she said, James also became angry and said, "Ava, I can assure you that this sum of money has nothing to do with loan sharks. Why can't you just trust me?"
