Kelvin J. Gregory

"And what are you feeling today Mr Kelvin?"

"Hate."

....

The blaring sounds of car horns could be heard from the multiple cars that were stuck in traffic. Kelvin could hardly even hear himself think despite having rolled the windows up in his Lamborghini urus.

He was a few seconds away from losing his cool. The most annoying part of it all was the moron that was honking at him from behind like he wasn't seeing the line of cars in front of him!

All that was left now was a slight push, a very slight push and Kelvin would step of his car and go give that moron in his shitty ass suburban a violent piece of his mind that was sure to leave him bedridden for weeks.

Unfortunately, but luckily for the driver, the traffic moved a bit and Kelvin finally had the chance to move into the next bend which would lead him to his destination and would set him free from this torture.

After a few more minutes of speeding, Kelvin finally made it to the tall skyscraper that housed his office. He immediately parked his car in his reserved space in his parking lot and stepped out to get into the building.

There was nothing more that he needed now than taking a small nap in his office after that whole car saga.

The moment Kelvin stepped through the rotating doors into the building, all eyes turned to him. This much was to be expected anyway, after all, he was one of the most popular and powerful men in the world.

Even though this building technically housed his work space, the number of times Kelvin had stepped into this building for the whole year could only be counted on one hand.

Some of the people here had not even seen him till this very moment! However, despite how bad these people wanted to meet with him, they couldn't do do because the moment they entered his vicinity they would be kicked out of this building with immediate effect!

Kelvin scanned the floor and breathed a sigh of relief as he noticed that the one person he didn't want to see right now was not here. His relief was cut short in a few moments as he heard rhythmic foot tapping heading his way from behind.

The fact that the building security had not rushed to tackle this person from behind meant that this person was...

"Hello Mr Gregory, amazing weather we're having today.", A voice sounded and Kelvin stopped in his tracks.

He turned to see his personal assistant, Gary, beaming at him like it was the happiest day of his life. There was nothing Kelvin hated more than his overly positive attitude everytime they met.

The only reason Kelvin hadn't fired Gary yet was because of how helpful he was. Kelvin hardly had to lift a finger to run his entire empire because of all the services that Gary offered to him.

"What do you want Gary?", Kelvin asked as he began his walk to the elevator.

"Well, there are a lot of things I want to talk to you about.", Gary answered as he trailed behind Kelvin, still maintaining the smile on his face.

"Can this wait?, I'm not excatly in the best of moods this morning.", Kelvin said while calling the elevator. Silently praying that it got here quick enough for him to escape Gary.

"To be fair, you are never in a good mood any morning.", Gary said and Kelvin released a light chuckle.

"No, I do get in a good mood. I'm just never in a good mood when I'm around you."

A ding sounded and the elevator doors opened and Kelvin quickly walked in before clicking on the button to get to the highest floor.

"I should be offended with that statement but considering how much you hate work, I'll let it slide."

Kelvin just rolled his eyes as he wondered what was taking the elevator doors so long to close and then he realized that Gary was standing in their way.

"Mind stepping back a bit?", Kelvin sayud with a shooing motion at Gary who apologize before taking a step back and the elevator doors began to close.

"Check your voicemails when you get to your office!", Gary quickly said as the elevator door closed shut.

After hearing those words from Gary, Kelvin's mood immediately worsened. He could already guess what was waiting for him up there.

With another ding, the elevator doors opened again as it had reached the top floor. Kelvin walked through the doors and into the empty passageway that led to the fancy door at the end.

Kelvin reached the door and placed his finger on the biometric scan attached to where the key hole should have been. The sound of the door unlocking was heard and Kelvin turned the door knob and entered into his luxury office.

The light from the glass walls properly illuminated the office that had so much space that it could have even been converted into a proper apartment.

There was a tv hung on the only solid wall in the room and also had a seating area with sofas and couches along with an office chair and table that had a state of the art computer system stationed on it, or as Kelvin liked to call it, a top notch gaming PC.

Normally Kelvin would have just gone towards playing games till the day was over or any important work was brought to his notice but he had something to take care of first.

Kelvin went to his office table and checked the telephone on it and just as expected, he did have voicemails. All he could do was sigh as he clicked on the button to listen to them.

"You have three new voicemails.", A computerized voice sounded from the telephone before Kelvin heard the voice that he dreaded.

"Kelvin, I have been trying to call you for the past two weeks. I finally had no choice but to call your assistant who said I should drop a message in your office. Are you avoiding your family? I just hope not, I want you to come over to the house for a family dinner tomorrow. Dare me and not come."

The next two voicemails were also from Kelvin's mum who kept emphasizing on how annoying it was that he always ignored her. At this point, Kelvin knew that if he didn't go to that dinner then he would be in quite some trouble.

With a few annoyed grumbles, Kelvin called Gary and told him to get his private jet ready since his parents didn't live in the same state he did. They were in California and he was based in New York because of his businesses.

"Now I've got to prepare myself for a five hour flight because of this woman.", Kelvin sighed. There was really nothing he could do anyway, it was either this or Kelvin knew deep down that she would waste no time in coming to find him and that would definitely not end well.

Kelvin used the next two hours to check his company's proceeding with Gary's help and could only nod at how much work Gary had been putting into all of this.

With over thirty five multimillion dollar companies under his cooperation, Kelvin knew he could not keep track of everything and that is where Gary came in. Thanks to Gary, the cooperation stock prices had increased by over 4 percent!

That was a lot considering the fact that the original stock prices were at their all time peak of six hundred and fifty dollars. Gary had managed to not only peak the stock prices but even managed to break that peak. He definitely deserved a raise.

After being brought up to speed on everything and signing some important documents for the company's sales and imports, Kelvin had only about an hour left before he had to get to the airport.

Just as Kelvin was preparing to leave the office, his phone rang and he picked it up to see a name that finally put a smile on his face. He quickly answered the call and placed the phone on his ear.

"Hey Diana.", Kelvin said.

"Hey baby, where are you?", Diana replied in a soft, sultry tone.

"At work."

"I hope you're coming home soon."

"Home?"

"I'm at your place.", Diana said with a soft giggle.

Kelvin immediately cut the call and rushed to the elevator to get down to the first floor. Immediately the elevator door opened on the first floor, Kelvin dashed outside through the buildings rotating doors admist the surprised gazes of his employees who wondered what could make him rush out like that.

In the next moments, Kelvin was already speeding down the highway on his way to his house. Truth was that he wasn't that eager to be with Diana, he was only rushing because he had to make it to the airport in time to get to California.

And also because it would be nice to at least sneak in a few moments of pleasure before the long boring hours that he would have to experience next.

Soon enough, Kelvin got to his house and his garage doors opened automatically as he approached them and they closed the moment he drove the car in. He stepped out and got into his house, ignoring everything else as he ascended the stairs to his bedroom.

He opened the doors slowly, but not without checking his breath first, to see Diana in all her beauty and splendor dressed in an over revealing red lingerie lying on his bed.

"Hello handsome.", Diana said with a giggle as she got up from the bed and walked towards Kelvin and gave him a passionate kiss on his lips.

Kelvin returned the kiss with the same vigour while bringing his hands down to her big soft buttocks and squeezed it lightly.

"I only have a few minutes.", Kelvin whispered.

"Then let's make it count.", Diana responded before biting her lower lip.

Kelvin smiled and gently princess-carried her to the bed.

......

Thirty minutes later, Kelvin was lying next to Diana who had a soft smile on her face as she slept.

Kelvin gently stroked her face and she leaned into his hand.

Their relationship was a very strange one, but as long as Kelvin got to spend this few moments with her, it really didn't matter.

He got up and went into his bathroom to freshen up. He still had a trip he had to make and he was almost late.

Luckily, Gary would come pick him up pretty soon.

When he came out of the bathroom, Diana was still lying on the bed with her eyes closed. Not wanting to disturb her, he quietly walked out of the room.
