While having tea, Neo was thinking about the previous incident, where he had successfully changed Noren’s fate. The fact that the fate of a character can be changed determines one thing:

‘Fate is not always absolute; it can be changed in some circumstances.’ (Neo)

The more powerful and strong an individual’s fate is, the more difficult it is to change it. For example, the protagonist Mark have a fate of becoming the strongest person in this world and it is nearly impossible to change this, unless you are not  helped by the god of creation or have a supernatural power like ‘luck plundering method’ to help you in this work.

But such a power has a very low possibility to be obtained by someone. No one knows, since this world is so vast and have so many magical phenomena in it, which can’t be explained even through using wildest of imagination
