Who Will You Be

I have bled.

I have fought.

The first kill. Maxus stood over the body of a serial rapist who had been on the news for the past few days, a man who had been wanted for kidnapping teenage girls. It was pure coincidence that Maxus had bumped into him at an abandoned construction site that he was investigating for news of the killer of his father and when they met that day, Maxus knew this was his first victim to unleash his rage upon.

Maxus could remember the look on the kidnapped girl's face, pure horror and fear filled her eyes as he jammed his combat blades into the eyes of the rapist, twisting his eye sockets out and ending his life brutally, ripping two holes right through his first victim's head, pushing his bloodied corpse onto the ground and splattering chunks of meat out of his skull.

He didn't even feel a thing, his heart felt empty and remorseless.

The girl closed her eyes, accepting her fate as Maxus walked towards her to cut the ropes that tied her limbs
