Chapter Fifty-Three

Declan walked into the room where he had left Mandy with Jordan. Mandy turned to look at him and he gave her a small nod.

“And where did this lackey of yours go?” Jordan asked, eyeing Declan carefully.

“This mansion is so huge that it is almost impossible to find a bathroom.” Declan replied with a small smile on his face.

“Well, Mr. Smith, I believe we have both said everything we have to speak about,” Mandy said, rising from her chair. “And thank you for the breakfast, if I wasn’t sure, I would have said you were having a celebration over something” she added smiling sweetly.
