Chapter Fifty-Two
A pool of water poured on May, jerking her awake. She glanced around her and grew terrified. Where was she? She asked inwardly.

She tried to move but was stuck. A rope tied her to a seat in the center of a dark room. The only source of light was the little rays that sneaked in from a window at the top of the wall.

"OMG... Where's this place?" May's weak voice cried. Her head ached badly and she couldn't remember how she got into such a situation.

"Somebody help me!"

She screamed and her voice echoed through the walls.

"Not now. I'm trying to get some sleep!."

The deep voice of a man said from behind the door.

"Who are you and Why did you keep me here? Get me out of here this instant!"

"Else?"

"You will regret laying a finger on me!"

"Hahaha...."

A deep laugh of another man echoed and May suddenly froze. She recognized that laughter. The only laugh that traumatized her.

The bulbs in the room poured out light at the flip of a switch and May squinted from the brightness.
