Chapter 32

Gary’s heart almost raced out of his chest just by the thought of him going against Dario, alone. But, he couldn’t run away. He had to man up as the leader of the gang and face Dario head on. At least, with his other injured men watching, he couldn't afford to damage his pride.

“Let’s go one on one, no weapons,” Dario suggested.

“Bring it in! You’ve got nothing on me!” Gary bluffed, pounding his chest with both fists like an enraged gorilla.

They both dropped their weapons on the floor, deciding to have a fair fist fight, one on one.

Dario and Gary circled each other warily, their muscles tense and ready for action. Gary lunged forward with a powerful swing, aiming to catch Dario off guard but Dario deftly sidestepped the blow, making Gary lose balance.
