Chapter Sixty-Six

Natasha walked out of her room and met her even planners waiting for her in the sitting room. There were two people there. A young man in his late twenties, and another woman in her early forties.

"Hello, ma'am," the boy greeted as he quickly stood up to his feet.

Natasha waved him off. The older lady also greeted Natash, and she smiled before settling on the couch facing them.

"We are here for your opinion on a few things concerning your birthday," the older lady spoke first.

"My dad called you, right?" Natasha asked as she stared at the older lady.

"No, your mom did," the old lady responded.

Natasha sighed deeply as she beckoned on one of the maids, who just walked out of the kitchen to come forward. The maid walked up to Natasha and bowed in front of her.

"Get us something to drink," she ordered the maid.

The maid nodded and walked away.

"So," Natasha said as she faced the old lady again. "Since my parents called you here, why am I the one talking to you instead of them?"
