CHAPTER FOURTEEN

After they outmaneuvered all our moves, the Destroyer took us in some kind of opening. That looked to be our execution place. Because I saw a number of bones and they were some kind of table in front of us that seemed to be containing blood.

All the people of the planet were here to watch. They all sat around us, screaming for us to be eliminated, that we destroyed their house or something like that. That we don’t deserve to breathe the same air as they did.

The boy pulled my shirt that now contained nothing but gut from the ones I killed and the people they killed right in front of my eyes. And they even destroyed it in some parts of it.

“I thought you had this figured out. How the hell do you come rescuing someone without a proper escape plan? Mother should have chosen better,” he spoke.

If it wasn’t for his mother wanting him well and alive, I could have beaten him or made sure he would never open up until we reach his home.
