CHAPTER SEVENTEEN

I had to give it to Talon; I mean, to be able to pass through a place like this with a fault spaceship was something else. But also because me and Maggie were helping with shouting at the people that wanted us dead. The king we just escaped from was now following us behind because he wanted to take us to Maggie’s father.

In my camera I managed to see the king smiling at me, it was like he was able to see me. But I didn’t see the creature I was fighting back there, he might have left that goddamned thing. Which was an added advantage.

“Trevor, are you sure about this?” Maggie asked as I walked on the roof of the ship. “You know we can just be here and try something else, right? We can’t fight them all, we just need to be smart about it,” she suggested.

I pointed my gun at the ship with the king, “this is me been smart about it,” I told her and fired.

Then went running as their ship got closer, then jumped on top before they got their ship to a stable state.
