Aisha and Selene were looking at him expectantly. He was in a bind. Because he never told anyone about his previous life. He was thinking about what to tell them. But he said,”Why don’t we wait for them to wake up? It will be a bother if they don’t hear it from the beginning.”

“That’s true. But I can’t wait. You are someone who I don’t understand. And you speak with a god as if she was your wife.” Aisha said that. But it was wrong. How did she get that idea was even a mystery for Jacob himself. Selene on the other hand was quite happy.

“That’s just how I talk to her. But she’s not my wife.” He denied it strongly. Not even a sliver of hesitation.

“You are too cold. Can’t you just admit that we are married.” Selene made statement with a big smile.

“But we are not. Besides I am not into cuckolding. I don’t want other mans wife.” Jacob said.

“How rude. For your info I am still single and a virgin on top of that. How did you get that idea?”

“I thought you had 53 children with three men. Is that wrong?”

This made her mad. Her face was twitching and a vein popped. She was truly irritated.

“How can you say that? I don’t have any kids and three husbands.”

Jacob just smiled at her and taunted her. He was truly getting a kick out of her anger.

“You are just too cute to tease. So I was just teasing you.” He said.

The next moment Selene threw a tantrum and made a childlike face. Aisha was sitting there unable to join the conversation.

“It seems they are awake. Aisha can you bring them here?” He turned to Aisha and told her.

Aisha left and came back with them. They were pretty confused but seeing Aisha calm they tried to keep their calm too.

“I will begin from the beginning. First my name. Selene,what’s my name?” He asked.

“Isn’t it Jacob?”

“No. That’s a false name. My true name is Akatsuki.”

“Akatsuki. It has a nice ring to it. But why did you hide it?” Selene asked.

“I died. So I didn’t need my previous name. So I called myself Jacob when I met you.”

Jacob just called himself Akatsuki and said that he came back from the dead. Selene wasn’t shocked as she knew it somewhat. But those three were petrified. They were like stones and didn’t even move.

“Any questions?” Jacob asked in a joking tone to bring them back. Hearing that Aisha snapped back and asked,”What should we call you? Jacob or Akatsuki?”

“As I am telling my story, I think Akatsuki should suffice. Call me Akatsuki.” He said.

“Ok. We understand.” Aisha said and all three nodded. Even Selene nodded.

“Selene should know that this is my second life. But it is actually my third go at life. I died twice before and living my third one.” He said.

No questions from everyone. Even Aisha and co. is trying to take it. He guessed that they shouldn’t stay surprised all the time.

“Selene, do you know that I came from the parallel world originally?” He threw that to Selene.

“No. I always thought that you died in the battle. But I didn’t know that you came from another world. So who sent you?”

“A goddess. She was a true sadist. She was laughing at me who died a pathetic death and sent me to die even more pathetically. I want to murder her.” He was quite angry at that goddess.

Aisha had some questions. But she asked this instead,

“How did you die? I mean your first death.”

“I was cut by a train in three pieces. But what made me mad was that my body was treated as a stray body. I was treated as a nobody.” He was still angry.

“How pathetic. But what about your family?” Selene asked.

“I was NEET. So my family despised me. They hated the sight of me. My father called useless. My mother called me her shame. My sister didn’t even talk to me. So I left the house and started living on my own. But after a year I died. I guess they didn’t even mourn my death.” He was hurt. He was angry and mad at himself. He clearly regretted his actions.

“Why did you become a NEET?” Selene asked.

“I was framed. A girl framed me. She told everyone that I stalk her and tried to harass her. She went as far as to say that I tried to rape her. So the society ostracized me. My family turned their backs on me. So I pushed them away too. The reason why I became a shut-in.” He said. His face was full of regret.

Selene was sad too. But those three didn’t really know what he is talking about.

“Etto.. what is NEET and what is a train? Also what does rape mean?” Aisha asked.

“A NEET is someone who is a recluse. Who is not in education, employment or training. A person who rejected society and society rejected him. And rape is forcefully having sex with someone. Without and against their will. It is crime that will destroy you.” This time Akatsuki didn’t answer. Instead Selene answered. Getting to know what it actually is all of them shivered.

“How sad. So your first life was not peaceful. Not in the least. Do you want to go there?” Selene asked.

“You mean back my home?” Akatsuki asked.

“Yes. The time difference is considerable. But our four thousand years are only about one year in that world. So only one year has passed since you died in that world.” Selene suggested.

“It won’t be bad. So let’s try it. I have somethings to check too.” He agreed.

“Can we go too?” Aisha and co asked.

“Do you wanna go? That world doesn’t have magic power. So you won’t be able to use magic.” Akatsuki warned them.

“Then won’t you be in trouble?”

“No. Selene is a goddess. So she can draw power from the divine realm. As for me, my source is the void. So I will be fine too. But your magic will be sealed. So you will be humans.” He told them.

“Even so. I want to see the other world and experience it with our own eyes.” Aisha and co were determined.

Selene didn’t have anything to say in that matter. So he agreed too.

“First we will go to my house. If that is not rented then I should be able to get in.” He said and opened a portal. It was like a black hole. First he entered and then the others. When Aisha and co got out they saw a city. With tall buildings reaching the sky and the area was narrow. Actually he opened the portal in an alley. He walked out of the alley and they were in an open road. Akatsuki said,

“This is shibuya. I lived here. So let’s go.” He started walking and the others followed him.

After walking for five minutes they came in front of an old building. It looked old and was 3 story tall. He said,”I live on the 2nd floor. Let’s go.”

He climbed the stairs and walked to a door. He tried to open it. But it was locked. So he pressed the bell. After a while he left the building with them.

He heard from the person who was living in that room that his stuff was taken by his family. So he said,

“Let’s go to my parents house. I need my things.” He started walking again.

“How far is your parents house?” Selene asked.

“About two stations away. Should we take the train? I can show you where I died too.” He said.

Hearing that all of them shivered. He went to the station with them. He paid the ticket money and stood on the platform with them.

“I died right there.” He said and pointed right at Aisha’s feet. Aisha was scared to hear that and ran behind Selene. He was laughing at her. But all of them were scared. Even Selene was scared. The train came and they boarded it. Aisha and co were pretty amazed at it. Because this world didn’t have magic and yet they were more advanced.

Leah who is wizard was trying to understand trains mechanics. Belle was trying to measure everyone and Aisha was looking around from the train. They arrived at the station and got off. And were walking towards a certain direction.

“Feels nostalgic. It’s only been 4000 years or should I say one year? But I forgot to ask, what day is today, Selene?” He asked.

“Today should be Monday. It’s in mid august.” Selene answered.

“So no one will be home until evening. Let’s go. We should have about three hours before anyone is back.”

“What does your parents do?” Aisha asked.

“They are both salarymen. My sister should be a high school sophomore by now.” He said. He reached a place stopped. It was a normal house. Like any other house in the neighborhood. He went inside and took a key from under the flower pot.

“They should change their habit. It’s too easy to find.” He opened the door and went inside.
