Chapter Sixty-Two

As Henry drove home that night, he could not help but think of Natasha and the conversation they had that night.

Though it was short, probably the shortest conversation he had ever had with anybody and almost blacked details to an extent. But he felt like he had been able to delve into the deepest part of her heart and gotten to know a few things that dwelled there in. He also noticed how she was quick to hide her soft side when it looked like it was starting to surface.

He replayed everything she had said that night in his head as he drove home.

Her birthday was never about her but was more about her parents trying to use it to gather the elites and increase their status in the business world. Her birthday was not just a birthday and it made her feel really sad. She even lamented about how the gifts she got on her birthday were mostly not her gifts.
