"I should just take it off and put it back to its original place," Eren said as he tried to take off the ring but it didn't even move from its place.

Panicking , Eren used all his strength into getting that ring off. Unfortunately after one hour of wastage, he realised the ring had become a part of his body. Sighing deeply he sarcastically commented," Now I have to face Director William Robertson wearing his family's heirloom! Wow, I wonder what his reaction could be."

Next day

Early in the morning a fleet of black cars parked outside the narrow streets of the Maidens society. From them walked out bodyguards, armoured with guns and daggers. Their black uniform had the emblem of two snake's mouths supporting the green emerald. They were all guarding the three elders of Robertson clan.

"Are sure this is the right location?"

Mash, the first elder of Robertson clan, asked , getting irritated by the poverty of Maidens society. He was a tall, slender guy with green eyes. Blessed with long-lasting youth and gravity manipulation magic . He looked in his twenties despite being 96 years old.

"Brother Mash, my wisdom eye can never be wrong. I saw the magical moment of our clan's mythical serpent beasts accepting their new Master," Ateez replied.

Ateez, the second elder of Robertson clan was gifted with a third eye– the eye of wisdom. He could see all the magical events taking place and can read one's mana power. Although his face was covered in wrinkles, his physique was great despite him being 84 years old.

"Brothers, I think I know the boy who was chosen as our clan's patriarch," William replied.

The youngest of all, William Robertson was devoid of magic. He was a legendary Colonel in Black army before joining the Academy of Spartacus.

"You know?" Other two elders asked, getting curious.

"Yes, follow me."

All the three elders walked in the direction of Eren's house. The bodyguards opened the iron gate and knocked on the main door of his house. Olivia opened the door and seeing those three elders, her cigarette dropped on the floor from her lips.

She slammed the door on their faces and immediately ran upstairs to Eren's room. She started packing his clothes in a suitcase and asked Eren to hurry up.

"But, mother, where are we going?"Eren asked, putting on his coat.

"We have to leave this city... No we have to leave this country," Olivia panicked and dragged Eren behind her.

"Why?If you are worried about your loans, leave it to me. I'm capable enough to pay them now," Eren replied, trying to calm down his mother.

But in vain, Olivia's face was tense. She was running towards the backdoor. That very moment someone's voice thundered there like an order of supreme being.

"GRANVILLE"

As soon the spell was casted, Eren found himself getting pressed under invisibly heavy weight. He couldn't move his body. Suddenly the attribute tab appeared with the foreign warning.

"Damn, Robertson clan again?" Eren cursed, covering his face with his palms before casting a spell.

"GRANVILLE FREEDOM"

"Bravo. I expected nothing less from our new patriarch,"Mash clapped as he continued staring at Eren menacingly.

[Alert: For next 24 hours you can't cast any spell]

Eren drained himself by casting the powerful spell of Mash. He took a deep breath and held his mother's hand and said," I know why you guys are here but let me make myself clear. I will never allow anyone to get me separated from my mother."

"Wow," Mash chuckled.

"I wonder if your dear mother told you about your true origin," Mash paused as he stepped towards Olivia.

"Olivia Morningstar,don't you think it's time to let my grandson return back to his family?"

Feeling the trembling of Olivia, Eren tightens his grip on her wrist and replies,"Hey, stinky oldman!"

"Old–Oldman?" Mash repeated.

"I'm not your possession. Return back to your marble mansions otherwise I'll have to kick you out of my house," Eren threatened, raising his left hand at Mash.

That very second, two golden snakes crawled out of Eren's sleeves, transforming into enormously huge serpents. Mash and other two elders stumbled backwards in shock. The serpents crawled towards them with open fangs, ready to devour their prey.

"S-Since when did you know about the serpent beasts?" Olivia asked, noticing the emerald ring in Eren's finger.

"Oh, just yesterday. I was about to tell you mother. I'm sorry for keeping it from–

"Continue your conversation later. Order these beasts to stop ,they're immune to magic spells," the elders shouted in horror, interrupting Eren.

Eren smirked at them and clicked his fingers, indirectly giving order to the serpents. They disappeared and returned back on Eren's arms as tattoos.

"We apologise for our rudeness, patriarch. From now onwards you are our clan's new master," Ateez humbly informed. Mash and William just bowed down in respect.

"Alright. Now get lost."

Eren then got busy with escorting his mother to her bedroom. Made her coffee and served it with some cream pie. While he was doing all these chores, the elders were still in their bowing position. They never thought that the new patriarch would easily abandon the clan and order them to get lost.

Every upper class clan had their patriarch or matriarch, commonly known as master of clan's mythical creatures. Each clan had their own mythical beasts and every patriarch or matriarch were gifted with abilities well suited with their strength. Mash and Ateez served as previous patriarch of the clan for 30 years each until the serpent beasts stopped choosing their new Master.

After so many years, the new patriarch was chosen by serpent beasts which means that the Robertson clan will once again regain their lost prestigious title of nobility.

"You guys are still here?"

"Master, you have to return back to the clan otherwise members of other clans will try to harm you. You can bring your mother to the grand mansion of our clan," Ateez replied, he was the one wise man who knew how to please people.

"H-How could you allow someone from lower class to enter into our clan's mansion?"Mash and William scoffed but Ateez glared at them.

Ateez may appear a wise and harmless elder but when he is a ruthless enforcer of the clan.

Without saying anything Eren continued with his work. Annoyed by arrogant personality of Eren Mash scowled," How dare you ignore Ateez's words?"

Throwing the broom on the ground, Eren turned back and coldly asked, "Shouldn't you be careful with your tone? I'm your master now."

Mash lowered his face and apologised for his slip of tongue. William asked the bodyguards to pack the luggages of Eren and Olivia while Eren helped Olivia to walk out.

"Eren, I'm sorry for keeping you away from your family. Don't waste your time on me and–

"They're not my family. You are the only family I have in this world, I promise to give you a better life than now. So just follow me once mother," Eren assures her softly which brought tears in Olivia's eyes.

The elders heard his words and accepted their fate. They can't force a familiar relationship on the clan's patriarch because it would be going against his will.

After two hours, Eren and Olivia arrived at the Robertson clan's mansion. It was grand and magnificent, showcasing the wealth and power of the clan. Olivia was escorted to the bedroom of the previous patriarch's mother. She was then given the title of Godmother whilst Eren completed the ritual of crowning.

Ateez stepped forward with the clan's magical crown and placing it on Eren's head he announced proudly,"Pay respect to your new Patriarch, Eren Morningstar."

"M-Morningstar? Why is his surname different from ours? Should he be Eren Robertson?" The members gathered in the hall murmured.

Elders sighed as this was something they had expected when Eren said he would not change his surname to Robertson. With a worried face Ateez looked at Eren thinking he would be feeling humiliated but Eren was smiling brightly.

' How could he be smiling?' Ateez and other elders thought. But they didn't know Eren was flying on the seventh sky after seeing his attribute tabs.

"Grandfather Ateez, I can't accept someone younger than me as our master!"

"Be quiet, Ryness,"Mash scolded. He was the oldest grandson of Mash and his temperament was the same as Mash.

"How can elders follow the orders of a lowly woman's son?"Ryness chuckled, pointing his finger towards Olivia.

Eren's smile disappeared as he glanced down at the boy who just insulted his mother. Ateez realised something was going to happen to Ryness, but before he could ask for forgiveness Eren already had casted the dark spell.

"SINNER OF ABYSS"

As soon as those words left Eren's mouth, the atmosphere of the crowning hall turned gloomy and cold. Huge gateway of hell appeared which sucked Ryness inside it. Everyone present in the hall gulped nervously, they had never witnessed such powerful magic before. After a few seconds the hell's gate opened, and out came the unconscious body of Ryness. His parents rushed to their son's body and carried him away. Probably Ryness got into a coma after facing the hell's knights.

Eren's eyes lighten up with a green hue as he says," I want you all to be respectful to my mother otherwise I will make sure you witness the end of your life."

Those words of Eren got embarked on every clan's mind. They'll be careful with their words in future. The ceremony of crowning ended just like that and Eren was guided to his personal office where he was required to complete the paperworks of estates, companies and casinos under the clan's possession.

"What's with these files?" Eren asked when he saw the piles of files arranged on his office desk.
