Chapter 42: Rules

Adonis entered the car and drove right to Caddel's house. Though, he couldn’t stop thinking about it on his way. It was palpably clear anyways that it wasn't David who actually killed his father. He could have been the one that sent men to kill Gary but there was someone in a high position, ordering him around. And he was the mastermind of the whole thing. But even David doesn’t know who the person really is.

The drive was the slowest one he ever had.

He has promised anyways to hunt down whoever had done it and he was still going to continue. Nothing was going to change. The only thing that would, was the fact that he was going to make a lot of investigation and maybe even have to speak with Thornhill.

Though he had to tread carefully and he had to be sure of what he was doing.
