Humanity has reached the stars, forming uneasy alliances with alien races and facing horrors born of war—monsters known only as Abyss Beasts. Chapter: Chapter 22 INFECTIONRousing from his slumber with a jolt he quickly inspected his limb, noticing they where all intact he looked around, he had never seen anything like it, in fact it hadn’t been a major thought to him at the time but why had he actually stepped out of the cave, and why was it so cold, was he on the north pole? A circular table with a gap in the middle projecting a holographic image of three distinct individuals, one had only their glowing yellow eyes visible through their silhouette, the other was a large man with a singular eye and horn on his head.
