Lustbound: The System Of Temptation

Lustbound: The System Of Temptation

WARNING: MATURE CONTENT.. THIS BOOK IS RATED 18+... When Greg opened his eyes in a strange bed in a world not his own, he expected confusion, not a glowing screen that labeled him as a “Host.” But the system that bound itself to him wasn’t one of swords, spells, or cultivation it was something far more dangerous. The Lust System rewards desire. Each act of intimacy, every temptation indulged, every line crossed earns Greg "lust points" points that can heal wounds, unlock powers, and strengthen his body. But not all missions are equivalent with each other. The more dangerous, taboo and evil the act, the higher the reward from the system. When even looking into the healer’s eyes is labeled “average danger,” Greg realizes this isn’t just a game. Each mission tests not only his performance he did but also his rezilient. Will he use the system to grow stronger, or will he turn to something unrecognizable ? Caught up between survival, confusion, and evil deeds, Greg must walk between a line of man and monster in a world where temptation can kill mean weakness of man.

Chapter: Chapter 336
From what Greg could see of the list there were two main themes he could focus on. One that appealed to him more directly and one that was more expedient. The first focus and the one that sparked the fires of his lust most, was taking other men's women. Several of the women that Greg had slept with were already married women. This was reflected in the fact that a good number of the feats listed, especially those involving the Town-head's wife, had this as the underlying theme. Greg wouldn't object to getting powerful rewards that would help him engage in more of this guilty pleasure of his. On the other hand, several feats involved affecting large groups of people. Be it the feats that involved him bedding fifty women from the same locale, or the ones about arousing large crowds of women in one go. The latter of which had occurred as a result of appearing before the town as a warrior after Olivia had fought off the threat that the town faced, saving a lot of the men in the process.

Chapter: Chapter 335
WELCOME TO THE SIXTH SCHOOL! NAME: Roka. RANK: Acolyte Of Lust (69/100). MAGIC POINTS: 6.4M. LUST POINTS: 35.7M. ------ It gave him a thrill of excitement just to look at the final number, seeing a months-long effort finally come to an end. In truth, Greg had attained his thirty million lust point target a little less than a fortnight before. It had thus taken a herculean amount of willpower and patience to heed his familiar's advice and not immediately cash it all in for rewards from the system. According to Olivia, while they might not know what rewards he would get from the system, they were certain to be powerful. With this in mind, it was therefore rather important that he be in the best possible condition to receive whatever it was. Two weeks ago Greg had still been recovering from the repercussions of handing control of his body over to Morpheus and still in a weakened state, hence the advice to wait. To have such tantalizing rewards dangled over him for almost two weeks

Chapter: Chapter 334
Stop!" Came the stern order from Olivia.Greg, who was already gritting his teeth in exertion, his face beaded with sweat, held the position he was in, barely getting the words out through the strain. "I can hold out a few breaths more," He declared. Despite his determination, however, a swift kick by Olivia to the back of the one leg he was standing on had him almost face-planting on the floor of the cave. Luckily for him, his hands reflexively shot out just in time to keep Greg from finding out if his nose could support his body weight. "What the hell do you think you are doing?" Greg couldn't help but growl at his familiar in anger."Keeping you from hurting yourself," Olivia answered him, not the least bit bothered by his flare-up. A sigh left the familiar as she crouched down to his level. "I understand your desire to become stronger, Master. Believe me, nothing would make me happier than to watch you grow more powerful than even your teacher. The harsh reality, however, is that

Chapter: Chapter 333
Selecting the new Town-head had been a rather straightforward affair for Greg. After presenting the heads of the Aria and Valla households with an oath-keeper stone each, he had gone on to recite all the pledges to which they would be committing themselves if they wanted to be Town-head. But while the process of getting them to swear the oath was easy, coming up with the oaths themselves was nowhere near as straightforward. Greg was no scholar of history and how governments were set up. And much to his surprise, neither was his teacher or Olivia. Despite her age, his teacher had never involved herself in politics. Her obsession had always been her field of magic. Little beyond that ever caught her interest. The most she knew of such matters was that the strong ruled and the weak obeyed. Olivia, on the other hand, simply told him that she came into existence the day she was bought from the shop, so she couldn't say much on the matter either. In a way, Greg knew this to be true as while

Chapter: Chapter 332
Forgiving yourself doesn't mean absolving yourself of all responsibility for what happened. It just means that you can't beat yourself up for eternity for the mistakes you've made. Learn from your mistakes, do everything in your power to do and be better, and then let go of the anger, shame, and guilt. Then and only then, will you be able to walk with your head held high and not feel like a charlatan," Greg laid out in a much softer tone. Hard as he had been on her, Greg knew she was being harder on herself. He was simply trying to show her that learning from her mistakes didn't necessarily need to involve crucifying herself for them as well. "And don't forget, I am always here for you if you need me. I won't lie and tell you that this weight that you now feel will go away any time soon. I'm only saying that you don't have to bear it alone," He stated, hoping she could hear his sincerity. Shalia, whose gaze had remained on the floor all this while, didn't say anything. Instead, she j

Chapter: Chapter 331
Once she was done working on the current thorn vine inside the warm water, she pulled it out of the water and carefully laid it out on her workstation, leaving it to slowly dry. It was only then that she turned to him. "Why bore yourself watching me perform these simple tasks," She asked in a genial tone. Greg, however, didn't miss the fact that the small smile on her lips wasn't reflected in her eyes. Ignoring the question, he chose instead to be direct. "I'm worried about you," He said looking deep into her eyes. There was a flicker of emotion in the girl's eyes but it passed too fast for Greg to fully pin it down. "Don't be," She answered in a carefully neutral tone even as she turned back to her workstation. "I am picking up everything rather quickly now that..." "I'm not talking about the damn herbs," Greg cut her off, not allowing her to deflect. "Look at me!" Greg commanded when Shalia started to reach for another thorn vine ready to continue her work. Her hand paused, bu

Chapter: Chapter 187
For a second, she looked like she would just turn and walk away, but in the end, she answered him. "Three times," she said, turning to look away from Greg. "I dedicated almost ten cycles of time between each attempt, and the last time she saw me she called my designs lazy and uninspired! She told me to find another profession to devote myself to as I had no future in fashion," she said. From the look in the woman's eyes, that moment was burned into her mind. "Of course, I then went on to create the second most successful fashion house on the continent! Which tells you how much she knows about fashion!" The woman added in an acerbic tone, taking another sip of her drink. "You looked up to her, didn't you?" Greg more stated than asked. The pain in the woman's eyes and tone wasn't from just having a design or two turned down it was more personal than that. If she had started a fashion house of her own, it wasn't too much of a leap for Greg to think that this woman had once looked up to

Chapter: Chapter 186
But while Greg at least had a strategy for trying to limit interaction between himself and the nobles, he was completely stumped as to what he would do about the slowly mounting lust he could feel flowing his way from the women around him. The closest that Greg could come to expressing what he was feeling, was ripples on a calm lake. Each woman was sending out ripples in the form of their lust. When coming from the women, the ripples didn't affect anyone around them. When the ripples hit Greg, however, they were sent out in all directions around him. And unlike the ripple that came at him, the one he sent out was just a little bit stronger and affected all the women around him. Each ripple was nothing, barely noticeable if one wasn't paying attention. But then there were more than a hundred women present and each of them was pinging him with desire every few seconds and he in turn was hitting each woman with the amplified lust of every other woman present. And as if that wasn't bad

Chapter: Chapter 185
Please forgive my fiancé, he's just very protective when it comes to me," it was Mage Kastia's daughter who finally broke the tense silence that had descended on the scene. With his blade still pressed up against the young man's throat, Greg looked between the two of them. It now made sense to Greg why this young man had chosen to step into his path when he'd had been approaching Mage Kastia's daughter. A strange man you've never seen before approaches your significant other. Any self-respecting man would step in to figure out what was going on. Even the punch could be somewhat justified. Greg had, after all, been flirting with his woman right in front of him. That the man felt disrespected and chose to act on it was perfectly understandable to Greg. What he couldn't understand, was the clear lust that he could feel coming from the young woman in waves even as she came to her fiancé's defense. The young lady had a good enough poker face that it didn't show on her expression, but the

The other puzzle piece to fall into place was the fact that Greg had spent a whole year in secluded meditation both tempering his willpower and trying to deepen his understanding of the law of desire. While he might not yet have mastered a law in the traditional sense, Greg had definitely become more in tune with the greater law of desire. While inside the dungeons, Greg had spent hours trying to sharpen his senses to the deeper truths of the world. He probably wasn't as in tune with the laws of the world as someone like Morpheus, or Olivia's true self for that matter. Greg, however, had far keener senses for things to do with the law of desire than any mortal could be. Having already gotten a sense for what lust felt like to his senses through the DISCERNING ring, and heightening his senses for the emotions that moved people through the law of desire, Greg immediately recognized it when a rush of lust washed over him coming from Mage Kastia's daughter. Unexpected as the reaction wa

By the mix of dissatisfaction and helplessness in the young man's eyes as he regarded Greg, not even he could find anything objectionable in what Greg had just said. "Here in Telako, it is customary for the host to allow their guests at least an hour of interaction before making an appearance," the young woman Greg had been approaching spoke up, as she stepped out from behind the young man who had barred Greg's way. "Neither mother nor great-grandfather will show up for another half an hour or more," she added, confirming Greg's suspicion that she was related to Mage Kastia. "That makes sense as well," Greg answered after a second of consideration. He then offered a slight bow. "All the same, I thank you for your family's hospitality," he said, before turning around ready to head to where the drinks were. He wasn't at all keen on getting drunk, but it'd give him something to do that didn't involve making new enemies. From the young man's reaction and the way a few of the partygoers w

Chapter: Chapter 182
Although they were in an open space, there had still been the low din of conversations permeating the garden as the attendees mingled with one another. Within a few seconds of his arrival, Greg could almost physically feel the weight of the silence that settled on the garden as the eyes of everyone present turned his way. Was Greg comfortable being the center of attention? The answer was an emphatic no, not even remotely. Did he let it show at all? Not even for a moment. A seventh-tier mage had invited him to this party, there wasn't any doubt in Greg that he'd been under observation from the moment he stepped off the carriage, if not before that. He wasn't going to give them the satisfaction of seeing him rattled. Besides, if these nobles were anything like the nobles in the dungeon, Greg knew that they were a pack of jackals. Expose any weakness before them and they will gladly tear you to bits even as they smile and laugh. And so, despite how exposed it made him feel, Greg stood at
