11.Another Day to Fight
“Very well, then let us begin,” said Mok as he emerged from his hiding place with elegance. With swift movements, he unfurled his knives in a fluid arc, forming a spinning bar that struck one of the guards, knocking him down instantly. The second guard, alerted to the danger, attempted to draw his sword to face the butler. But before he could complete the motion, Mok had already unsheathed his own blade and, with a precise slash, left the man incapacitated.Meloc, an unwilling witness to the scene, froze in panic. His body trembled as he watched the intruders move with lethal precision. Finally, unable to bear the tension, he collapsed unconscious onto the floor, a victim of the overwhelming fear gripping him.Elsewhere in the palace, a deep and authoritative voice echoed through the halls.“Tertrol! Tertrol!”The call was insistent, but there was no response. The voice rose again, this time laden with irritation.“TERTROL!”Suddenly, a furious face appeared projected on a nearby wall
12.What’s Going On?
“Ow! Who could it be?” murmured Paltio, groggy like his companions. Everyone seemed to drag their feet, except for Mok, who remained as alert as ever.Toco-Toco, before disappearing, said:“See you, meow,” and quickly slipped into Golden’s hologram, who then returned to Paltio’s seed. The voice on the other side of the door persisted:“Open the door, Prince. I’m here… or I’ll have to tell the guards to do it for me.”“What’s all this racket about?” said Pax, appearing already clad in his armor. He strode toward the door and flung it open.It was Opal, accompanied by several guards. Her imposing presence filled the doorway.Paltio and the others scrambled to tidy themselves up to appear presentable, but Opal raised an eyebrow at them.“It looks like a hurricane and a cat ran over you all,” she remarked with a half-ironic smile.“Oh! Please forgive us, Opal,” said Mok, bowing slightly with his usual courtesy.“No need to apologize,” replied Opal calmly, though her tone remained firm and
13.Dungeon
Suddenly, Paltio began to feel strange. His mind seemed to detach from his body and drift through a cosmic astral space. Within his mind, he found himself floating through surreal landscapes: dream-like places filled with abstract shapes and vibrant colors that swirled around him as if they were living paintings.“Follow my voice,” Golden said firmly but calmly, as Paltio seemed to waver mentally, as though dizzy. “Focus, young prince, and search for the piece.”“But I’ve hardly ever seen the scepter,” Paltio replied, struggling to focus his thoughts. “I only saw it a few times when my father took it with him. I think that scepter has spent more time with my parents than with me…”Golden frowned within the astral vision. With a sharp gesture, he delivered a smack to the back of Paltio’s head that echoed like an ethereal reverberation.“Ouch!” Paltio exclaimed, startled. Before him, an enormous golden figure of Golden emerged, towering and radiant with light and authority.“Don’t be fo
14.First Piece Found
“I don’t think you can handle all these soldiers,” Golden said through the mental link he shared with Paltio and his friends. “The best thing is to get out of here, boy. Leave it. There will be another chance to save them.”More soldiers were closing in on the group, surrounding them slowly.“Calm down, Paltio. We can’t win,” Mok said seriously, observing the situation with concern. “Even I won’t be able to fight all of them and protect you at the same time.”At that moment, a burly man, clearly the leader of the dungeon, stepped forward with a firm stride.“Who are you, and why are you outside the dungeon?” he asked in an authoritative voice. One of the guards quickly responded:“Sir, we found them snooping around this area.”The leader nodded, crossing his arms.“I see… Then throw them back into their cells.”“Yes, sir!” the guards replied in unison, advancing toward the group.Just when it seemed there was no escape, Pax appeared in front of them, positioning himself between the gu
15.Escape From Hassdalia
“It’s a sphere that I have in my hand,” said Paltio, confused.“Yes, it’s the lower part of the scepter. Congratulations, kid. You’ve already found one. Now you just need four more,” Golden encouraged him enthusiastically."So it was true that only the boy could touch the pieces. I’ll report this to Lord Tejod," Pax thought to himself.“We should leave this realm as quickly as possible… you know, because of the other things,” Golden suggested through their mental link, careful not to let Pax overhear.“Yes, I think you’re right,” Mok replied.“Let’s get in the carriage and get out of this realm!” Ron exclaimed.“Why such a rush?” Pax asked, puzzled.“If we keep up this good pace, we might find the remaining pieces sooner than the agreed time with your master,” Alita explained.Pax paused for a moment, lost in thought. Finally, he nodded.“You’re right. Let’s go,” he said passively.Alita sighed in relief, wiping away the cold sweat caused by her nerves. She had feared Pax might become
16.The Scepter's Parts
The carriage in which Paltio traveled was moving at full speed, leaving behind the borders of the realm of Hassdalia.“If we keep this pace, we’ll reach the next realm in two or three days,” Pax said as he urged the horses on with enthusiasm. “Faster, horses, faster!”The four white horses galloped swiftly, their fiery blue lights mounted on the sides of the carriage illuminating the path they followed.Inside the carriage, Ron commented:“Thank goodness we’re out of danger.”“Yes,” Alita replied with a relieved smile.Paltio, meanwhile, was immersed in a conversation with Golden. Holding the sphere in his hands, he asked:“Does this ball, or sphere, mean something within the scepter, or is it just decoration?”“Ah! Good question, lad,” Golden responded with interest. “That scepter we’re searching for was created by none other than Avocios himself. If your father split it into five pieces, it was for an important reason. The piece you have—the sphere you keep mentioning—has a name: Ul
17.Raitrobal
“Look out!” Mok shouted, grabbing Paltio by the hand and pulling him out of the way. Ron trembled with fear but did the same for Alita, pulling her to safety, while Pax leaped twice to the side. Everyone managed to dodge the enormous fist that slammed into the ground, though they couldn’t avoid the shockwave, which sent them flying several meters backward.“What the hell is this?” Pax asked, igniting a torch with his signature blue flame. The light revealed something slowly emerging from the ground: a mound that grew larger as it shed the earth around it.The mound continued to rise until it gave way to a gigantic monster covered in dirt and grass instead of hair. It was as tall as a three-story house. The colossal creature let out a deafening roar that echoed through the forest, causing the trees to tremble as if they were made of paper.“Thank you for saving me,” Alita said, looking at Ron with a mix of gratitude and irritation.“You’re welcome. We’re friends; I’d do anything for yo

Day One More Passed, and the Carriage Continued Hurrying Forward Without Stopping. However, Paltio Interrupted the Journey When He Noticed That One of the Horses Was Slightly Limping."Pax, we need to stop," he said firmly. "One of the horses is injured."Pax frowned but eventually relented. It wasn’t out of obligation but because Paltio had been kind enough to return his energy during their last battle. They stopped by a clearing in the forest. With the help of the Ulimeo sphere, Paltio quickly healed the horse’s leg. Meanwhile, the rest of the group began to feel the toll of hunger—they’d been traveling for an entire day without eating."We can’t stop for long," Pax remarked, arms crossed. "If we reach our destination sooner, you’ll see your parents earlier.""I know," Paltio replied with exhaustion in his voice, "but..."A loud growl from Ron’s stomach interrupted the conversation. Everyone exchanged glances; even Pax’s stomach betrayed him with a silent grumble."Fine, we’ll make
19.And My Friends?
As they continued traveling toward Fortelia, they were now on the fifth day of their journey."Here, Alita," Mok said with a warm smile as he held up a ring between his fingers. "I see this one fascinated you." He handed her the blue-stoned ring. "You can use it to practice. Take good care of it, and return it to me later.""Yes, thank you, Mok!" she replied enthusiastically."And how do I use it?" Alita asked, examining the object curiously."You need to think about how water flows or simply say 'water' out loud," Mok explained patiently.Suddenly, a jet of water shot out from the ring, drenching Ron directly in the face."Alita, stop!" Ron shouted as he was soaked by the unexpected torrent."Oops! Sorry," she apologized, though her mischievous smile hinted at some amusement.Ron shook his head, trying to recover from the shock."If you're going to practice, do it when we're out of the carriage! Now I'm completely soaked, and I don’t have a spare set of clothes!""Well, calm down, it
20.Felica's Form
"What are these things?" Paltio asked, his eyes wide as everything around him began to illuminate."I don’t know, Paltio, but they look like some kind of cockroaches with faces… extremely malevolent faces," Golden replied, pointing toward the creatures crawling across the ground. The young prince looked around, his breathing rapid. "And now what do we do? Those things have my friends, and probably the others who were in those carriages too."Golden watched as the tiny creatures spat globs of slime in Paltio’s direction, forcing him to dodge with quick but clumsy movements. There were over a hundred of the creatures surrounding him, advancing slowly like an unstoppable dark tide."Can you give me some of your power to fight them?" Paltio asked, taking another step back.Golden shook his head firmly. "You must flee, Paltio.""Flee? To where?" the boy retorted desperately, spinning around to search for an opening among the swarm of insects."If I give you my power, you won’t be able to w
