The sealed envelope felt heavy in Caleb's hand. He sat on the edge of the sofa in Diana's bright room at the Reed family estate. The sun was warm through the window. Diana sat in her armchair, looking at him, a question in her eyes. She did not know what was in the envelope. Caleb felt a knot in his stomach. This was going to hurt her. A lot."The test results are here," Caleb said. His voice was quiet. He held up the envelope.Diana nodded. "Okay. What do they say? Are my healing markers good? Do I need special medicine?" She sounded a little excited, like a doctor ready for news.Caleb took a deep breath. "Diana," he began. He moved to sit closer to her, on a small chair next to her armchair. "This test... it tells us more than just about healing. It tells us about who you are. Your past."Diana's smile faded. She looked at his face, seeing the worry there. "What is it, Caleb? What are you trying to say?"Caleb looked at the envelope. He opened it slowly. He pulled out a paper. His

The Callahan war room was a hive of quiet work. Screens glowed with maps, names, and complex lines showing connections. Caleb stood by the main table. Mr. Callahan leaned over a large map. Mr. Richard pointed to different areas on a screen. KJ stood back, watching, his face calm."We have put all the pieces together," Mr. Callahan said. His voice was low, serious. "Every bit of information. From our old files. From what Caleb found. From what KJ has shared."Mr. Richard tapped a finger on the main screen. A face appeared. It was Victor. "This is V1," Mr. Richard stated. "Victor. Tony's birth father. He is the boss. The one who gives the main orders. The one who planned everything against you, Caleb. He is the one who wanted your mother dead."Caleb's hands tightened into fists at his sides. He looked at Victor's face on the screen. The anger was a hot fire inside him."And this one," Mr. Richard moved to another screen. A different man's face showed up. This man was rougher, with hard

The air in Mr. Callahan's big office felt heavy. Lights were dim. Mr. Callahan stood across from Caleb, his face full of worry. He put a hand on Caleb's shoulder. "Son," Mr. Callahan began, his voice deep and serious. "This is the point I want you to get to. I want you to step back. Please, allow the elders to take control of this." Caleb's jaw tightened. He shook his head. "Step back? Father, these people killed my family. Only God knows what would have happened to you too. I can't step back, Father." His voice was low, filled with a raw hurt and anger. Mr. Callahan nodded slowly. "I know how you feel. They were my family too. I know what they are. I know what bad things they can do. Allow KJ to take charge. I will make sure I give all the money and people needed for justice to be done." Caleb looked at him, his eyes sad. "But, Father?" His voice was a small plea. Mr. Callahan's face did not change. "You can be part of the mission. But not the dangerous part. This is all I c

The alley was dark and narrow. cold and smelled of garbage. Caleb rode his bike fast into the gloom, following the hidden instructions. He stopped. The engine turned off. A deep silence fell. Then, a shape moved in the dim light. It was Tony. He stood there, a smirk on his face.Caleb got off his bike. He looked at Tony. "I can't believe you are my biggest fan. To do all this, just to make me come to you." His voice was low, filled with anger.Tony's smirk grew wider. "Talk all you want, pauper. But one thing I can promise you is that you won't walk out of here alive."Caleb smiled back, a cold, humorless smile. "You did this to someone you called your wife. Just for me. Oh, no, Tony. How could you?"Just then, a tall, strong man stepped out of the deep shadows. His face was hard. Cathy was with him. Her hands were tied in front. There was blood on her white clothes. She looked scared.Caleb's eyes fixed on the tall man. He knew that face. "V1," Caleb said. He stood straighter. His bo

Tony's legs still felt a little shaky, even after they had left the alley. He walked fast, trying to keep up with his father, V1. His heart still beat hard from seeing Caleb fight. He had never seen anyone move like that. It was quick and brutal. The guards, strong men, fell like bags of sand. They reached a hidden garage. A dark car waited. V1 opened the back door. "Get in, Tony," he said. His voice was calm, too calm.Tony slid into the seat. V1 got in beside him. V2 was already in the front passenger seat. The car started and drove into the night."He fought like a wild animal," Tony said, his voice still a little breathless. "I thought our men would take him down. They were good. But he... he just hit them once, and they fell."V1 looked at Tony. His eyes were cold. "You are surprised, Tony? You grew up around the Callahans. Did you not see how they train their young ones? even though he didn't grow up with the Callahan's I know for sure that Caleb has been

Mr. Callahan's big office felt like a secret. Mr. Callahan sat at his large desk, his face serious. Mr. Richard stood by a map on the wall, looking at the glowing lines. Caleb stood in front of the desk, his arm still a little stiff from the cut he had hidden, but he showed no sign of pain. He listened carefully to his father's words."This is the plan," Mr. Callahan said, his voice low and firm. "From now on, we act like nothing ever happened in that alley. We act like we still don't know Tony is Victor's son. Even though we do. We will keep this secret tightly."Caleb nodded slowly. He understood the meaning behind his father's words. "It will be hard, Father," he said. "To see him. To know what he truly is.""I know it will be hard," Mr. Callahan agreed, his eyes fixed on Caleb. "But it is safer this way. If they think we know the truth, they will change all their plans. They will hide deeper. They will be harder to find. We want them to feel safe. We want them to th

The very next morning, Caleb walked into the main office of Callahan Enterprises. The big room hummed with the usual sounds of work. He wore a crisp, dark suit. His hair was perfectly neat. He smiled at people, nodded, and walked straight to his big office, as if every day was exactly the same."Good morning, Mr. Callahan," his assistant said, her voice bright."Good morning," Caleb replied, his voice calm and even. He looked completely normal. He acted as if he had spent the night in his own warm bed, had a peaceful breakfast, and was ready for a regular day of work. No one guessed he had been in a dark alley just hours before, fighting for his life, ending up in a hospital. He talked about new business projects. He signed papers with a steady hand. He sat in long meetings, his face showing no emotion but calm interest. He put on a perfect show, following the plan Mr. Callahan had set for him.Through the long, wide hallways of the Callahan building, Darius and Daphne o

The grand board room at Reed Medical Centre buzzed with hushed whispers. Mr. Reed sat at the head of the long table, a satisfied smirk on his face. Michael was next to him, looking equally pleased. They were ready to take what they thought was theirs.Just as Mr. Reed was about to speak again, the heavy double doors of the room swung open with a soft sigh. All eyes turned. Diana stood there, tall and straight, her eyes bright and clear. She looked calm. Too calm."Here you are," Diana said, her voice clear and strong, cutting through the silence. "I have been looking everywhere for you all." A small, knowing smile played on her lips.Michael shot up from his seat, his face losing its happy look. "Dian, what are you doing here?" he asked, his voice sharp with surprise. As Diana stepped further into the room, something strange happened. All the shareholders, the important people sitting around the table, slowly began to stand up. They looked at Diana, some nodding their heads, some givi

Michael's eyes widened. "Both of them? Do you mean Diana and Caleb?"Mr. Reed nodded, his face hard. "Yes. Both."Michael felt a chill. "Caleb is someone untouchable now, Father. He is too careful. Too well protected.""Caleb has his own enemies," Mr. Reed said, a dark thought crossing his face. "We just have to look for his enemies. Find them. And work with them. A way to get away with murder without getting your hands dirty."Michael still looked unsure. "What about Diana? Are we just going to do that to her? After everything?"Mr. Reed's voice turned sharp. "If we don't, we are going to lose the upper hand, Michael! Do you want to end up like Tony? Losing everything? Getting rid of her isn't an issue. We just have to make sure she and Caleb are together when we do it. Two birds with one stone."Michael shuddered. "I don't want to end up like Tony, no. But you raised her, Father. She was like your own daughter."Mr. Reed's eyes showed no feeling. "But she got wayward. She chose a di

The streetlights in Hudson Park cast long, thin shadows across the ground. Michael stood across from Tony, the weight of his words hanging heavy between them in the cool night air. "You want me to kill your sister?" Tony asked, his voice low and calm. Inside, a sharp, cold feeling touched him. Michael's request was brutal, even for him. Michael looked at Tony, his face hard and unmoving. "Not you," he said, his voice flat. "Your father. I know you wouldn't have the guts to do it yourself." Tony felt a sudden, hot sting of hurt. He hated being called weak, especially by someone like Michael. But he let no sign of it show on his face. He kept his expression blank, unreadable. "Alright," he said, his voice even. "I will pass your message to him." Michael shook his head slowly. "No. That's not enough. I want to meet your father directly. I need to speak with Victor myself." Tony felt a jolt go through him. His body stiffened, a surge of shock running through his veins. How could Mich
