Minutes later, Rowan and Dominic arrived at the hospital. Alighting from the car, they walked in.The smell of medicines, mixed with others hit their noses and they couldn't help but frown slightly as they found their way towards their target."Which room is he?" Rowan asked, breaking the silence,"He should be in room five, on the third floor," Dominic answered, pulling out his phone to confirm the information. After all, he had not been here and was merely following and investigation results, that was all. That being the case, they would have to discover and head over personally.Without wasting a second, Rowan and Dominic got into the elevator and headed to the second floor.Getting there, they entered room five.Once inside the room, Dominic closed the door and also pulled out his phone to make a call to the authorities.Inside the room was a single bed, then a drip and a man whose legs were wrapped in bandage sat on the bed peeling an apple. The moment he saw Rowan and Dominic w

(The Next Day)Rowan sprawled lazily on the sofa checking the time as he watched Zora work.He had translated all the documents the day before and thus had no work to do today which was why he was so free. Also, he was supposed to head to the company that morning to meet up with Dominic, but the latter had said something came up, so he needed to handle it first. After waiting for a while, Rowan was finally impatient, he wanted to see what was happening at the company that kept Dominic away for so long."Wifey," He called out, standing from where he was sitting walking over to Zora."What's wrong?" Zora inquired, her head still buried in the files she was working on.She has gotten the sales rights she wanted. She was still thinking of how to go about with the advert.Though Aurex Biopharmaceuticals would still make their knee adverts, she still needed to find a way to contract with hospitals to supply the drugs. There had been a list of it. But then, she needed to check for the one

Rowan let out a deep breath the moment he walked out of the ward. He wanted to say something, but all of the words were stuck in his throat.A part of him had accepted the old man didn't leave anything for him. But hearing what the driver said, he didn't know how to feel.Gratitude, Relief, resentment, anger, Hatred? He just didn't know what to feel. That company was supposed to be his. It was rightfully his. But what happened?"Sir, I think we should take a proper look into it," Dominic spoke, his voice pulling out Rowan from his thoughts."Schedule a meeting with my father's lawyer, I want to know what's happening,""Should I investigate him first?" Dominic suggested, knowing the kind of person Rowan was."There's no need for that," Rowan refused,He sighed and then added,"Let's see if he's willing to tell the truth,""Else I don't mind destroying his career.""Yes sir," Dominic nodded and then took out Rowan's phone which was with him."Boss, your phone has been ringing for a whil

(The Next Day)"You stay back at the company, I'll head to Aurex Biopharmaceuticals alone," Zora spoke as she walked towards the exit holding a stack of files."But....""You are not coming with me, absolutely, not," Zora spoke even before Rowan could think about pleading. There was no way she was going to let that happen. Not only was she afraid that Rowan might run his mouth again, she didn't want Aiden to target him. After all, the latter was despicable and would do anything in order to get what he wanted. She didn't want to see Rowan become his victim."Fine, I'll stay back and convince the shareholders that you'll get the contract, and also, that way, I'll force them to hand over their shares," Rowan chuckled, agreeing, knowing he had no other choice but to listen to his wife."Good," Zora smiled and walked away, her heart in a chaos, wondering how the pitch was going to go.First there would be a whole lot of companies coming to lay down their pitch.Though according to Aurex, t
