The rental car driven by Marcus stopped in the parking area of the hospital where Edwin was being treated. Without lingering, he immediately turned off the engine, stepped out, and walked casually toward the main lobby entrance. His slightly faded black leather jacket fluttered gently in the breeze. The hospital lobby floor was covered with spotless white marble. In this place, most people arrived in neat suits or expensive formal attire.
