Five years had passed since the first graduation ceremony at the Academy of Light. Five years of growth, of change, of hope. The world had transformed in ways that Kael could never have imagined. The network of light had spread to every corner of the land. The Academies had multiplied, their halls filled with students from every village, every town, every city. The darkness had been pushed back, its remnants scattered like ashes in the wind. The world was healing. The world was thriving. The world was alive.Kael stood on the balcony of the Academy, looking out at the city. The sun was setting, painting the sky in shades of gold and pink. The city was quiet, peaceful, bathed in the soft, golden light of dusk. He had been standing there for hours, watching the world go by. He had seen children playing in the streets, their laughter echoing through the air. He had seen merchants closing their stalls, their faces bright with satisfaction. He had seen families walking together, their hand

The journey east took five days. Kael flew over mountains and valleys, across rivers and plains, through forests and deserts. The landscape changed with each passing hour, the colors shifting from green to brown to gold. The air grew warmer, heavier, carrying the scent of ancient stone and forgotten magic. The sun grew brighter, its rays reflecting off the distant peaks like a sea of fire.Zephyr flew steadily, its golden wings catching the sunlight. Lira, Aether, Terra, Lux, Umbra, and the void beast followed close behind, their forms magnificent against the endless blue sky. They were tired, their energy depleted by the long journey. But they did not stop. They could not stop. The Eastern Reaches were waiting for them.Kael looked at the horizon. The mountains rose before him, jagged and forbidding. Their peaks were shrouded in mist, their slopes covered in ancient forests. They were the oldest mountains in the world, the first mountains, the ones that had existed since the beginnin

The morning sun rose over Verathis, casting a warm golden glow across the city. Its rays stretched across the rooftops, illuminated the white stone walls, and painted the cobblestone streets in shades of amber and honey. The birds were singing in the trees, their cheerful melodies filling the air with a sense of joy and possibility. The flowers in the gardens were blooming, their petals vibrant and alive. It was a beautiful morning, a morning of celebration, a morning that promised hope and unity. The streets were alive with color and sound, a vibrant celebration of hope and unity that seemed to pulse with the very heartbeat of the city. Banners of gold and white hung from every window, their edges fluttering in the warm breeze. The air was filled with the scent of flowers and freshly baked bread, with the sound of laughter and music and the cheerful chatter of people from every corner of the land. It was a beautiful morning, a morning of new beginnings. But today was not just any morning. Today was the day Kael would leave Verathis. Today was the day he would begin his final journey. Today was the day he would say goodbye. He had thought about this moment for years. He had known it would come eventually. He had known that one day, he would have to step back, to let the next generation take over, to find his own path. And now, that day had arrived. It was a bittersweet moment, a moment of joy and sorrow intertwined. He was proud of everything he had built. He was

The morning sun rose over the eastern hills, casting a warm golden glow across the landscape. Kael had been flying for three days since leaving Verathis, and the world below him had changed dramatically. The familiar green fields and dense forests of the heartland had given way to rocky terrain and sparse vegetation. The air was drier here, carrying the scent of dust and ancient stone. It was a harsh land, a forgotten land. A land that had been left behind.Zephyr flew steadily, its golden wings catching the sunlight. Lira, Aether, Terra, Lux, Umbra, and the void beast followed close behind, their forms magnificent against the pale blue sky. They were tired, their energy depleted by the long journey. But they did not stop. They could not stop. Something was calling to them. Something was waiting.Kael felt it before he saw it. A pull. A whisper. A cry for help. It came from the east, from beyond the rocky hills, from a place that had been forgotten by the world. He did not know what i
