Kael Draven wasn’t a fool. He didn’t expect luck to drop from the sky, and he had no taste for cheap miracles.

“Elder Fire Dragon, what’s really going on?” His voice stayed steady, though his chest tightened.

The dragon opened its mouth, then the answer slid into his mind—calm, unavoidable.

Kael Draven, the thought, said, You’re not meant to know everything yet. When you grow stronger, you may enter Dragon Valley openly. That will be the day you begin to contend with it. For now, go back and train.

“Wait.”The auctioneer froze, a bead of sweat rolling down his temple.Skipping out on payment?Sure, some people try to get something for nothing. But no one dared pull that stunt inside Thunder City’s auction house. And this guy had just gone toe-to-toe with the Third Prince—was he looking for trouble on purpose?“I already said it—I’ll repay the auction house twenty Innate Second-Rank Beast Pills,” Kael Draven said, firm and unwavering.“How dare you! Seize him!”Before the auctioneer even finished speaking, a dozen burly men lunged forward, faces twisted in fury. All eyes locked on Kael Draven. Tavian Corwyn sneered, his voice icy. “So it’s a freeloading weakling. Take him down.”“Don’t kill him,” another growled. “I want to see how many heads he’s got—daring to stir trouble in Thunder City.”Elite warriors from the royal family, the Corwyn family, and the auction house surged forward. Thirty, maybe forty people in total. They moved fast—but their targets fell faster. Cries of pai

Thunder City — the largest auction house. It was massive—two floors, the first one a sprawling hall that could hold at least a thousand people. The place buzzed like a living creature. The item on the platform was impossible to miss.“Millennium Thunder Fruit!” he breathed, his voice barely a whisper.Sebastian Vance’s eyebrows shot up. The last item… it was exactly what Kael Draven had been hunting. After all that searching, all that effort… and here it was, almost like fate had dropped it in his lap.“Brother Draven, don’t worry. No matter what, I’ll see thi

In a single, ruthless motion, both Hundred‑Scattered Heaven Warriors crumpled to the ground.Allen Draven and Ryder Dunmore—spoiled brats through and through—weren’t stupid. That wasn’t a fight you took lightly.Without hesitation, they turned to flee. But someone who’d stayed still until now slid through the crowd like a shadow—silent, sudden. Kael Draven. He let out a cold little laugh. “Where do you two think you’re going?”Ahh!Their screams were high-pitched, ridiculous. Kael Draven rolled his eyes. He hadn’t even moved yet, and they were already squealing like pigs. Really?“Let it be, Brother Draven,” Sebastian Vance said, calm now. “Rolling Donkey”—the most famous snack in all of Thunder City.Only one shop made it, and the lines were insane. When he and Kael Draven arrived, they shrugged at the chaos and made their way inside like it was nothing. They sat down, and the waiter placed two steaming bowls in front of them. Kael Draven barely took a bite when Sebastian Vance’s eyes lit up. “This… is incredible.”Kael Draven nodded, a small smile tugging at his lips. Our young master is eating here!”A group of burly men stormed in, shoving people aside and shouting threats. The crowd froze when they noticed two young men calmly standing behind the bullies. No one dared to fight back. Slowly, everyone stepped aside.

Eight Guardian Masters. And Kael Draven—a One-Line Heaven warrior. After all… wh

Second only to the three hallmasters, a peak Evolution warrior radiating authority that made the ground feel smaller under his feet.Kael Draven, by contrast, was almost new—just a month and a half in the Hall—but he had already climbed to the peak of First-Line Heaven warrior. The gap seemed huge. Everyone watching assumed the outcome was obvious: Cyrus Hart would win, Kael Draven would fall.Aaron Kane and the others glared at the young man standing there, his white hair catching the light, a lone figure exuding quiet pride. Some wished Cyrus Hart would kill him outright. Others just wanted to see him humiliated.“Brother Ward,” one said, disbelief in his voice, “you know Cyrus Hart’s strength. Kael Draven has almost no chance. Why even agree to this?”Leonard Ward’s calm voice cut through the murmurs. “Your Majesty, almost everyon
