Chapter 28: Abandoned by the golden tree

Charlie’s body was now gathering energy from around. The golden tendrils shot out from every part of his body, from the scalp of his head to his toenails. He was now looking like a tree monster as sat down in the giant cauldron.

A few minutes later… the tide of the violent energy had receded, revealing Charlie who was now fairer than before. His toned skin shined brightly under the glowing moon in the sky. He got out of the dirty bath water to check himself and he was surprised by what he saw.

He was a head taller than before and his physique had been strengthened. The six packs abs he had been searching for were now staring back at him.

“Wow!!” Charlie exclaimed as he flexed his toned muscle. He summoned his avatar, and the flower-bearing ape appeared once again.

The scholarly ape’s height had reached eight meters (more than four times his height), indicating that it had reached the peak stage of level 2.
