We stayed under the warm stream for a while longer, our bodies pressed together, my hands still exploring her skin with reverence, like I was trying to memorize every inch. But eventually, the water began to cool, and she turned her face up to me, eyes half-lidded, lips curved into a soft smile.

“We should get out before we wrinkle like old paper,” she whispered.

I chuckled, then bent down and kissed her gently before turning off the tap. I grabbed a towel, wrapped her in it, then another for myself. She leaned into me as I carried her out of the bathroom again, her arms around my neck, her body still warm and damp against mine.

I laid her carefully on the bed and reached for the clothes that had been tossed carelessly last night. She dressed in something soft and light—a satin camisole with matching shorts—and I threw on a black T-shirt and some sweatpants. She brushed her hair loosely, her eyes flicking to me now and then like she couldn’t believe I was real.

The apartment building stood like a relic, tucked between the towering skeletons of forgotten warehouses and newer gentrified spaces that didn’t belong here. The brick walls were crumbling, and vines crept up the facade like fingers reaching toward the sky. A rusted iron gate groaned as she pushed it open, the sound scraping through the silence like a warning. Still, I followed her.We climbed three flights of creaking wooden stairs, the air growing colder with each step. The hallway smelled of old incense and something faintly metallic—blood, maybe… or something worse. She stopped at a faded green door marked 3C, pulled out a crooked silver key, and turned it slowly in the lock. The door creaked open, revealing a darkened room lit only by the warm flicker of candlelight."Come in," she said without looking back.I hesitated at the threshold. There was something heavy in the air—thicker than smoke, something old, ancient. The walls were lined with books that looked centuries old. Si

  • REBIRTH OF THE PATHETIC HUSBAND    VAEL'THARIEL: The First Angel

Lilith’s robe trailed behind her like blood as she turned and ascended the staircase with urgency in her steps. I followed without question, my mind racing. For someone like her to look shaken—even for a second—meant that pendant held more weight than I could’ve imagined. The doors closed behind us with a deep thud, sealing out the world. The inside of her estate was just as darkly regal as ever—black marble floors veined with silver, walls adorned with arcane symbols that pulsed softly like they were breathing. The air smelled faintly of roses and old magic. We didn’t stop at the grand hall or the lounge. Instead, she led me down a corridor I hadn’t walked before—one lined with tall mirrors that didn’t reflect us. The deeper we went, the colder it grew.“She wasn’t just any old woman,” Lilith finally said, her voice clipped. “She’s one of the Ancients. The original bloodline. The ones even Lucifer treated like ghosts.”I raised a brow, still clutching the pendant. “She said I was som

Lucifer’s reflection remained still for a moment, then he leaned forward, his eyes glinting like two crimson stars caught in mist. His voice slithered through the bathroom, low and coaxing.“Put it on,” he said, with the calm insistence of a serpent in Eden. “It’s time.”I said nothing. My breath fogged the mirror as I stood there, naked and soaked beneath the lingering steam. The pendant rested in my hand, warm now—too warm. I stared at it in silence, the weight of its ancient presence anchoring itself deeper into my palm. Thump. It pulsed again, a faint glow rising from its core, as if it were... calling to me.“Put it on,” Lucifer urged again, this time more eagerly, his voice louder, vibrating through the walls of the room, through my chest. “It’s meant for you.”And then I heard them. The voices.Whispers, low and layered, echoing from the pendant like a thousand forgotten prayers tangled in time.

The kiss deepened, searing and intoxicating, her hands gripping the back of my neck as my fingers pressed into her waist. The heat between us was rising like wildfire, the air charged with raw, primal hunger. Her body molded perfectly against mine, and for a fleeting second, the world outside ceased to exist. But just as her fingers began trailing down my back, I broke the kiss—quickly, abruptly. My breath was shallow, my eyes locking with hers. She didn’t flinch. She just grinned—slow and wicked—her lips still tingling from the kiss as she leaned in and exhaled hotly against my face, her breath laced with desire.“I’m so fucking wet right now,” she whispered, voice sultry and trembling with need. “I feel like trapping you here… locking the doors and spending the rest of the day with you.”Her hands slid down my chest, deliberate, teasing.“But,” she added with a smirk, “there’s still a part of me that wants you to just end this stupid revenge on

Eleanor and I walked together, her delicate fingers laced with mine as she led me out of the living room and into the long, silent hallway. The air grew still the deeper we went, the lights casting soft glows against the polished wood floors and pale cream walls. My footsteps echoed beside hers, measured and calm, while my mind replayed a thousand memories of this house—of humiliation, of being overlooked, stepped on, hated. Now… the same hallways that once swallowed my silence were echoing with my return. She glanced over her shoulder at me with a flirtatious smile, biting her lip slightly as we climbed the stairs. Her hips swayed with every step, like she knew I was watching. I let my eyes follow her—calmly, amused—while keeping my expression unreadable. We reached the top floor, the scent of expensive perfume and polished wood mixing with the warmth of her skin. Eleanor’s room was at the end of the corridor, past the guest suites and her brother’s bedro

Christopher scrambled to his feet with tears streaking down his cheeks, gasping as he staggered through the hallway. The tendril of shadow had loosened, just enough for him to break free, and he wasted no time. He ran—ran as if hell itself was at his heels, because in his mind, it was.His breath came out in ragged gulps as he dashed down the stairs and into the wide, opulent living room. The chandeliers above shimmered faintly, their light flickering with a strange, almost unnatural rhythm. The fireplace burned low, casting tall, eerie shadows across the room."MOM!" he screamed hoarsely. "Mom, help! Please!"Mrs. Prestwick turned from the tray of untouched wine, startled, her hand flying to her chest as she took in the sight of her son—disheveled, panicked, completely undone."Christopher? What on earth—?"He didn’t answer. He just rushed behind her, grabbing fistfuls of her dress like a terrified child. His entire body was trembling, h

Her legs wrapped around my waist, arms tightening around my neck, and her lips captured mine—hungry, soft, electric.I didn’t even have to think. I just imagined her bedroom—dim lights, crimson silk sheets, shadows dancing on the walls—and in a blink, we vanished from the cellar in a whisper of air.We appeared in her bedroom, the scent of her skin and the warmth of her body still fresh on my lips. The moment it clicked closed, the lights flickered on automatically.I nearly jumped when I saw a figure lounging on the couch. A woman. Calm. Comfortable. As if she belonged there. But it wasn’t fear that widened my eyes—it was recognition. The face. That face. There was no way I could forget it. Not in this life or the last.I was far too shocked to speak when I saw her face. My heart skipped a beat, my breath caught in my throat. It wasn’t fear or surprise that froze me—it was disbelief. I whispered under my breath, “Lilith…”It was her face. The face of Lilith—the Queen of Hell, the wife of Lucifer. The woman I had once loved in my past life. The woman I failed to protect. The woman who had died in my arms as the fire of Hell crumbled around us both. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. How could this be?I took a step closer, still dazed. “Lilith… is that

  • The Woman

I was still confused. I opened my mouth to speak, to ask what was going on, when the man in the expensive suit turned toward the doctor beside me. “Can he be discharged now?” he asked, his voice calm, authoritative—like he was used to commanding a room and being obeyed. The doctor hesitated for a brief moment. His eyes narrowed slightly as he looked at me, scanning my expression, perhaps sensing my confusion. Then he let out a slow breath and said, “Yes… but he needs to come back tomorrow for a check-up. No excuses.” The man smiled faintly, then turned his sharp gaze back to me. “We’ve got work to do, my boy,” he said with a smirk, tapping two fingers against the metal railing of the bed. “I’ll be waiting for you outside.” I managed a stiff nod, still trying to understand what I had just heard. I watched as he turned and walked out of the room, his polished shoes clicking against the floor until the door shut gently behind him. The moment it clicked closed, I turned to t

  • REBORN

Darkness faded from my eyes. I gasped—my breath sharp, desperate—as I suddenly found myself standing on both feet. But it wasn’t the ruined city anymore. It wasn’t fire. It wasn’t blood. It was… somewhere else.I turned slowly, my legs unsteady, and realized I was standing in a hall. A hall so unimaginably vast it made me feel microscopic. The floor beneath me shimmered like molten gold, pulsing softly with light that didn’t cast shadows. The walls—if there were walls—were distant, hazy, too far to truly perceive. The ceiling… if it existed, must’ve brushed eternity itself. It was endless. Infinite. Breathtaking. Then I looked around— And my heart nearly exploded. Angels. Not statues. Not visions. Not the kind imagined by painters or poets. Real angels. My knees buckled. I almost screamed from the shock. My eyes widened so hard they stung, my jaw hung open in disbelief. You wouldn’t believe what I saw. They stood—no, towered—each of them easily over ten feet tall, some rea

  • Getting To The Bottom

The world around us was dying — but all that mattered to me was the fire burning inside my chest. Curiosity. Rage. Confusion. Why? Why was this happening? Why me?I stood there, breathing hard, blood dripping from my knuckles, my sword humming with fury. I couldn’t hold it in anymore.I narrowed my eyes at Lucifer, who stood hunched and breathing heavily, his monstrous wings twitching. His obsidian skin cracked and bled rivers of molten light. He was injured — finally. I stepped toward him, my voice a snarl, a roar that shook the shattered ground beneath our feet."What the fuck is your plan, Lucifer?!" I bellowed. "What are you really trying to gain from this?! WHY?! WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT OF ALL THIS?!"I couldn’t stand it. The need to know was burning me alive. It was eating at me, tearing my mind apart from the inside. I had to know. Lucifer smirked through bloodied teeth — that same smug, infuriating look.

  • JUST GETTING STARTED

I tossed the mortal aside like trash, his broken body thudding lifelessly against the scorched ground. My wings flared wide, dripping rivers of molten fire, as I rose slowly to meet Lucifer’s gaze. The air between us shimmered with heat and power, the very fabric of reality groaning under the weight of our presence."You always did love to watch," I growled, my voice a deep, rumbling snarl that made the earth beneath us quake. "Like some damned voyeur, marveling at the destruction you set in motion but never dirtying your own perfect hands."Lucifer chuckled — a low, rich sound that coiled like smoke around the battlefield. "Oh, but you do it so beautifully," he said, spreading his arms as if to display the carnage around us like an artist unveiling a masterpiece. "Why should I sully the spectacle? You, my dear monster, have become everything I ever hoped for."I surged upward, a blur of rage and flame, meeting him in the sky with a th

  • THE END OF ME

The sky ripped apart. Thunder split the clouds as I slammed into Lucifer, both of us moving faster than the eye could track. The first punch connected with his jaw, snapping his head sideways with the sound of breaking cinderblocks. The second — straight to the gut — bent him double, the shockwave splintering the concrete for a hundred yards around us. The third, a brutal overhead hammer blow, drove him through the earth like a meteor, the ground erupting upward in a tower of flame and broken rock.I hit the ground after him, dust and debris raining around me. Before he could recover, I grabbed his leg and swung him like a weapon, smashing his body through entire buildings — glass, steel, and rebar exploding outward like shrapnel.People screamed — a sick, distant sound.Their screams were cut short as the ruins collapsed in the shockwaves. I didn't care. I couldn't afford to. I threw him into the air. He twisted mid-flight, blood arcing from his mouth, an

  • I VERSUS LUCIFER

The moment I stepped forward, the world itself seemed to recoil. Every soldier instinctively stepped back, a primal, animal fear overwhelming their so-called "training". But it was already far, far too late. I moved. Fast. Terrifyingly fast. A flash of hellfire and hate. I tore through the first line of tanks like they were made of wet paper, my flaming gauntlets smashing into the armored steel with such force that entire battalions were sent flying, twisting midair like broken toys, before exploding into fireballs. I leapt, a streak of flaming rage, crashing down into a cluster of soldiers. The impact shattered the ground into a crater dozens of meters wide, annihilating everything caught within the shockwave. Men screamed. Vehicles toppled. Towers crumbled. I swung my arms in a wide arc, sending waves of molten earth and sizzling debris outward like a tidal wave. The sold

  • BLOOD AND FEAR

The earth itself screamed as I stepped forward, each stride radiating waves of destructive power that cracked the ground, shattered windows, and set the air ablaze. Thunder roared, the clouds above blackened and twisted, swirling into a furious vortex that blotted out the sun. A blood-red glow seeped from the heavens, casting everything in a sick, apocalyptic light. The humans nearby—those foolish enough to still be close—fell to their knees, clutching their heads, screaming, unable to bear the sheer, choking aura of wrath pouring off me. Birds dropped dead from the sky. Trees caught fire without even being touched. I was no longer just a being. I was cataclysm. I was the end.Lucenzo tried to push himself up, coughing blood, bones audibly snapping inside his body with every movement. Her once-bright eyes were dulling, but in their depths still shimmered the last flicker of life… for me.A soft, heartbreaking smile curved her lips. She reached up with one trembling hand, brushing her fingers across my face, streaking my cheek with her blood. “I… I’m glad I met you,” she whispered, her voice barely audible above the crackling embers around us. “I’ll… remember every moment we… spent together.”Her chest rose in a weak breath. Then she coughed, and a spray of blood hit my armor. Her lips quivered again. “I… I love you…”And then her hand fell limply from my cheek— Her eyes closed— Her body slumped—And she died in my arms.I didn’t move. I didn’t breathe. I just stared. The world around me vanished. Sound disappeared. Tim
