Shawn's Revenge

Episode 6

Chapter 6 

"Shawn? Shawn! Where are you?" It was a lady's voice, what was she doing in the men's? 

"Hey! What are you doing here? This is the male section" 

"Shush," she said placing her fingers over her lips. 

"Who are you?" Shawn inquired 

"I know what the bullies did to you, and I am the one that will help you get your revenge," she explained.

"I do not understand, revenge? I never said I wanted revenge" Shawn puzzled 

"Who are you anyway?" Shawn inquired and she went silent

"Answer me" Shawn yelled 

"You ask too many questions and worry too much. It's no wonder they were able to get you" She retorted 

"What does that mean?" Shawn queried, trying to control himself from losing his patience 

"For now, we have to figure out how to get you out of here," She thought 

"We sure do" Shawn agreed 

"Such an ungrateful son of a bitch" she jeered 

"How do we get out then?" 

"When classes are over" she answered simply 

"Are you mad? You expect me to stay here in the men's..." Shawn started before being interrupted by my footsteps coming to the bathroom 

"Shush" she gestured with her hand 

"You expect me to remain here with you in the restroom until classes are over?" Shawn yelled 

"Yes" she cut in

"And how long do you think that would take?" 

"Hours" 

"And you're comfortable with that?" 

"Look, Shawn, you can leave if you want to or better still leave when you have a better idea. I am risking a lot being here trying to salvage your lame ass out of here. The least you could do is to say " thank you" She finished 

"Perhaps, if you would have approached me gently in the first place and not made it look like a kidnap mission" Shawn complained

"You call this a kidnap?" She scoffed 

"Now, that's it. Get out" She yelled 

"Please, there are too many students out there" Shawn begged 

"Dumbo, most students would be in class by this time. Lucky for you, I move around with a hood so here" She said throwing it to him 

"That didn't help me out there earlier" Shawn objected 

"That's the difference. This time, you're coming out with me" she bragged, and just as she said, we went out of the school premise without as much as a stare or frown from one or two persons. 

"My place or yours?" She asked when they had gone out of the premise. 

"Mine" Of course, Shawn didn't trust her enough to go to her place or his but he thought being at his would give him some sort of control should the need arise 

"So, I am guessing you don't stay in the school-provided accommodation then?" She inquired after she saw they had passed it 

"No" Shawn answered curtly 

"And I wonder why you are so spoilt" 

"I would expect some level of trust and respect as I have respected you enough to take you to my place without questions" Shawn admonished

"Whatever, you still need me" She yawned 

"How do you plan on getting this revenge?" Shawn asked when they had arrived at his place 

"I'll get him to fall in love with me" 

"You mind if I ask who?" 

"Who else do you think?" 

"Have you seen his girlfriend? How would you or rather, the question should be can you compete with that?" Shawn asked analyzing her from head to toe 

Rolling her eyes, she said, 

"I can be beautiful in my way, you just don't see it"

"And I bet the others see it too" Shawn mocked 

"I'll only need a little improvement to help win him over" she retorted 

"I think you will need more than just a little improvement" Shawn mocked 

"Alright, you get him to fall in love with you, then what?" Shawn inquired 

"Find something incriminating against him" 

"How would you do that? Men like him are very secretive, you know" 

"Men like that are fools when they are in love or rather when they are trying to impress a lady" 

"We will see how that plays out for you then"

"One more thing, we must never be together at school. In school, we don't know each other and have never met" She warned 

"Sure, not like I want to be associated with you as well" Shawn agreed 

"Great! What then should we do about her?" She asked 

"Whom?" Shawn was puzzled 

"The one who lives you lured into the trap. Please do not tell me you intend to forgive her" 

"No!" Shawn almost screamed 

"Glad to know you're one of the smart ones. But I am curious, how did she do it?" 

"Do what?" Shawn asked, feigning ignorance

"Lure you to the point she made you go naked" she jeered

"You are no better than the bullies," an annoyed Shawn said 

"Back to business, we have to change my wardrobe and hair, and I need some makeup to help achieve this" 

"What are you suggesting?" A puzzled Shawn asked 

"A visit to the shopping mall" She excitedly replied 

"Well, I do not have that kind of money. I had spent all I had on that expensive restaurant date that I would forever regret" 

"I don't care how you do it but you have to make this work"

"And what would you be doing?" Shawn asked

"Making a man fall hard for me, is not an easy thing to do" 

"I do not have the money" Shawn insisted

"Perhaps we should forget all about the plan altogether" She suggested seeing he was not willing to bend. 

I mean, she had heard how influential his family was and if they had that kind of power, money should not be an issue for him yet he was so adamant.

"Okay, I think I can pull some strings" Shawn admitted almost cursing himself for doing so.  

"And about her, I can't forgive her. I am sure she has some secret she is hiding. I will find out and make her pay" Shawn promised 

"How?" She inquired, this was the part she liked best.
