Chapter 10.

Ryu entered the courtyard of his villa, he observed the surrounding area and found that the villa was quite spacious with a place specifically for a fish pond.

The fish pond is so spacious plus there is a gazebo in the middle. Around the pond itself there are various beautiful flowers blooming.

Ryu stared at the pool for a moment, then turned his attention to his villa. Without wasting any time, he stepped into the villa.

As soon as he opened the door, Ryu saw the luxurious interior of the room. There was a living room with a sofa and a table leading to a large television.

There are several glass and wooden cabinets around the room. In addition, there is a staircase leading to the second floor where there is a bedroom.

“Really, so luxurious.” Ryu, who had never experienced luxury, was certainly amazed by the appearance of his villa.

Ryu started to look towards the kitchen which looked clean, he even felt that this kitchen was more suitable for him to cook in.

There are no furniture such as knives and others. However, this does not worry him because he can buy it later.

Ryu continued his journey and he saw several doors on the first floor, so he started to open them one by one.

There are a total of six bedrooms, three bathrooms and three toilets. Then, there is a path leading to the underground where the place is a warehouse.

Ryu checked every exit, where each door led to each place. Two doors to the yard, one door to the pool and the last door to the flower garden.

After checking the first floor, Ryu went up to the second floor. There were seven doors with equal distance. Ryu checked each place one by one.

He only saw that the place was a large bedroom and there was a bathroom and toilet inside. The six rooms were the same size, but one room was very large with a king-sized bed.

“This is probably a special place for the villa owner.” Ryu said with a faint smile. He put all the clothes into the closet and then lay down on the bed.

Ryu opened the phone and set everything up before it was ready to use. It didn't take long for Ryu to set up his phone, after all he had studied a little about phones before.

After setting up his cellphone, Ryu started checking the latest news, especially in the area around where he was currently located.

There was some news that he thought was very important. There was a school nearby and this place was full of naughty kids, more precisely they liked to cause trouble on the streets.

Ryu raised his eyebrows and felt interested, there were often news reports that teenagers nowadays always did bad things like fighting on the streets.

However, it was just one corner without knowing what caused them to fight. Ryu felt interested and he marked the school.

He, who originally wanted to visit the newest school, was of course delayed because he needed to take care of his own interests before going to school.

Ryu of course immediately contacted the number listed on the news. The call was immediately connected and Ryu began talking to the principal.

“Hello, who is this?” the voice on the other end was calm but somewhat deep.

“I am Ryu Arkan. Is there still a chance to enroll in Sanca High School?” Ryu asked in a light tone.

“There’s still, besides that can I ask one thing. Why did you enroll in Sanca School? You should have heard the rumors going around here.” The principal asked curiously.

“I dropped out of school because I just moved yesterday.” Ryu answered clearly, he did just move yesterday so there was no problem.

Hearing that answer, the principal was silent for a moment. “Tomorrow, just come to school and meet me. I’m right in the principal’s office.”

“Yes, sir.” Ryu replied and then the principal ended the call. This made Ryu frown before shaking his head.

Ryu took a short break before heading to the bathroom. He needed to clean himself up, especially since it was already evening.

It took a few minutes for Ryu to come out of the bathroom, he took the casual clothes he just bought. Then, he went out to buy food.

On the way, Ryu looked left and right to memorize the road. After all he was living in a new place so it was necessary to know the surrounding area.

It didn't take long, Ryu finally saw a shop across the street. The shop sold some food, especially home-cooked food.

Ryu bought food and he finished ten packs. The seller himself looked at Ryu in surprise and asked, “Is it okay to eat that much?”

“No problem, this is half enough.” Ryu replied as he took out the food money.

The seller felt even stranger when he saw his buyer's behavior. He shook his head and took the money given by the young man.

Ryu came out of the shop, he was confused about where to go, so he decided to go back to the villa. As for the rental house, he would buy it in the next few days because he needed it for hiding later.

It took a few minutes for Ryu to arrive at the villa, he saw two security guards standing guard at the gate.

“You guys, are you guarding the surrounding area?” Ryu was quite curious because he saw the two security guards always near his villa.

“No, sir. We are special security guards to guard your own villa.” Security guard 1 briefly explained about his job.

Ryu frowned. “Why didn’t I get any letter regarding your work? Isn’t this my villa and there should be a work order in my place?”

Hearing that, the two security guards looked at each other. They looked back at Ryu .

“Sir, we have sent the job letter.” Security guard 1 informed that they had sent an application for work at the villa.

Ryu thought for a moment and asked the system. 'Is this also included in the rewards you give the system?'

[That's right, Host.]

Hearing the system's answer, Ryu sighed helplessly. Then he looked at the two security guards. "Alright, continue your work."

“Most likely, your job papers are with my friend.” Ryu gave a careless excuse. Then, he walked away into the villa.

The two security guards looked at each other in confusion, they shrugged their shoulders and shook their heads.

Ryu went into the room and lay down to sleep. He wanted to experience the atmosphere of the school that was known to be full of bad kids.
