Back at the wedding he had already made up his mind not to divorce Claire. Charlie doesn’t change his mind on most things. The writer needs to clue Claire in on the secret and let her be the powerful female character she could be. This is clearly written by a man.
Elaine thinks she is clever, but Charlie made her a way out, and can rid Mother in law so he can enjoy his time with Clair..its time for them to have some romance! Claire needs to be Charlie's priority, as no matter her family in past, she stood by him!
