Chapter 8: exposed

"Zachin, you are alive, that's great" grandma Fachin bawled her eyes out. She was a strong woman but now she was crying so miserably.

" You survived the disaster, that's great but your father, your father.... He... He couldn't let liveeee, ahhhh"

" Grandma, I promise I will find that person who did that and bring him to his knees"Zachary hugged Fachin.

" Alright, let's forget that unpleasant experience, what matters is that Zachary is here with us alive and well"Mary interrupted the old woman who was about reminiscing.

" Right! Bro has been up and about, he hasn't even had lunch, let's skip all the discussion ams grab a bite first "Zane who was already growling in hunger said when he saw the chef serving the dishes.

"Of course, silly me, I forgot, zachin come eat, come" Fachin said as she led Zachary to the dinning table.

"Zachary, we couldn't determine if you still love the dishes from when you were 5,so we made a little bit of everything, I hope you enjoy it"Mary said as she served Zachary with caution.

Zachary detecting their fear smiled "Mom, the dishes are so good, they are all what I like"

" Really, then eat more, you are so skinny you need enough meat and fish"Mary smiled bloomed radiantly.

" Right, have some veggies, they take best with the lamb chop and just melts in your mouth. Also the tuna, this is the best part of the tuna, have it"Fachin look into yo be outdone placed the dishes on Zachary's plate. 

Zachary was helpless as he watched as good kept on piling on his plate forming a small mountain . He really wanted them to stop but he couldn't bear to after seeing their warm smile so he close his mouth and continued stiffing himself with food. 

Another person was also sulking miserably "not fair, you guys just found brother and you are ina hurry to forget me, I need the tuna too, that's my favorite part" Zane sulked but his radiant smile betrayed him.

"Food food food, that's all you care about, take this and go rest" Mary chastised as she gave him a piece of tuna.

But grandma wasn't going to have that " you foodie, what happened to my grand daughter in law? Didn't I warn you not to appear in front of me without somebody?"

"Ahhh! I have an important thing to do, I just remembered. Enjoy your meal ..."

"You brat , stay right there" Fachin chased after Zane with her cane.

Zachary felt his heart warm at the lively house "this is what family is really about? Mom, grandma and Zane, I will not trade you guys for anything".

"But it seems like I am forgetting something.... Kose, oh shit. I haven't updated him on my recent happenings?" Zachary stood up in shock scaring the rest of the family.

"Mom, grandma. I need to run off now, I have matters from my side I need to tidy up?"

"But what about ZZ conglomerate. You are the rightful heir of the conglomerate, though those old greedy bastards will not give up all the right to you just like that. We should start with a public declaration" Mary smiled.

"Of course Mom, they should know that the CEO has arrived and is ready to take charge but I need to tighten some loose ends of my life"

" Before you leave, Zachary, be careful of your uncle and your cousin, they are your greatest enemy"Fachin said with a gloomy look.

"yeah Zachary, uncle zephyr and that low born Blake are such a pain in the ass"

" What the hell... Blake? "Zachary screamed in surprise.

" Oh you are here? That's good let's start right away "Blake asked impatiently as he began taking off his clothes.

" Wait wait wait!!! Was this suppose to mean. You asked to meet me and that's the first thing you are going to say? Am I a joke to you? "Marina's asked angrily. How dare Blake treat her like a first rate slut.

" What's with all the questions? You just need to do what I want you to do and I will reward you by the end. You wanted that piece of land in the government area, right? After this, is all yours "Blake coaxed Marina impatiently, in his mind, Marina has already been hooked since she was an opportunist. 

"You bastard" Marina cussed at Blake "you are so despicable, I won't do anything with you, Even if I want to, I can't?"

"I just announced my break up with great fanfare, how are my going to pin the baby on him and we haven't even had a baby to speak of"

Blake frowned impatiently, a lot of things has been happening, how could he spare the time to listen to the entertainment news, so he didn't get the news of the breakup.

"What! Are you a goat? How could you make such a stupid and childish mistake?" Blake berated angrily.

Marina was shocked at being called a goat and retorted angrily "talking about stupid, you are more stupid than me. You gave him the videos of our affair, how are we going to convince Zachary to take me back after everything that has happened".

"You... Well apologize to him, seduce him and use some honey words, he will fall hard for you".

Seeing marina talking about dignity, Blake sneered in disgust " dignity,do you have any dignity left?stop kidding me?"Blake muttered but Marina still heard it.

" You .. you crazy Bastard, you are shameless and have no dignity too. I know your secret, you are an illegitimate son, how dare you speak to me in that manner" Marina slapped Blake heavily on the face as she left the room in anger.

" This is definitely a scene from a kdrama, seriously? Your life is messy, my friend "kose broke the silence as he commented.

" But that's okay, we have more reasons now to go against Blake except him being a beast"bella said. " you finally get a warm family which cares about you".
