Midnight it seems all of Alex roomates are awake for some reason.

"Hey, I know that you can all hear me. Since we can't sleep because we are too excited, why don't we talk about our goals to each other ?" Alex breaks the silence.

"Alright, I want to go first" Reginold said.

"Go on" Jake said.

"My goals is to be the strongest swordman that is unmatched, I want to use my power to eliminate any threat to humans. I will make sure that I protect those that I loved and cared for, never letting harm comes their way." Reginold said.

"As for me, I want to get Stronger, so strong that I will fear no one. I will protect humans and everyone that is not evil, I will make sure that I get rid of all those corrupted and vile rich powerful people. I will distribute abilities to those that has no ability and try to make the world as fair as possible" Jake said in a passionate tone.

"I also want to be strong and more handsome and cool, I want to be strong that I will never let someone to torment me or my brothers. I want to be so strong that my name will cause the enemies to cower in fears" Luke said.

"yours is kinda too much, we mean realistic goals" Alex said with a wry smiled.

"As for me, I really want to be strong too, end this senseless violence war, so that their will be low rate of people dying, children growing without their parents. I will build my own faction taking in orphans and people with no abilities, training to reach a very great level. Uhmm should I say the last one, is kinda personal" Alex said.

"Come on, spit it out" They all shouted.

"Okay the last one is, that I want to be so strong to grant my ancestor a physical body"

Alex said that and paused.

'So that kid loves me huh, I should not have been too har-

"So that I can kick his ass myself" Alex continued.

'What?? I should have known that this boy is not gonna change even one bit, time for some pay back. I will teach you a lesson and make sure you know your place' The Shifter Emperor grinned, it seems he is really looking upto what he will soon do.

"Well that's some strange relationship you had with your ancestor" Luke said.

"Yeah he is really annoying" Alex said.

Alex is really feeling upset right now. He gets into position and starts doing his push ups which his roommates took as a challenge and join him.

"Hey how many are you going to do ?" Jake asked.

"A hundred times everyday" Alex replied.

"That much?! But we will accompany you to the bitter end, we are no push overs after all" Reginold spoke.

Alex feel the joy of having people to be their for you. So that's why Friends are very important

'So this is what it means to have friends, I am really grateful for meeting them all' Alex thought as he feel really happy.

"100!!!" They all shouted.

"Captain Alex what's next ?" Luke asked.

"Let's rest a bit and get ready to do some squats" Alex said.

"Hey I have an idea" Reginold said as he wiped the sweat on his forehead.

"Just say it. It better be an interesting one." Jake said

"Of course it is. Lets talk about each others problems and weakness while doing this workouts" Reginold said.

"Uhmm, that sounds good" Luke said.

They started the squats and keep conversing.

"Well Jake is childish, agreed ?" Alex said as he playfully smiled at Jake.

"Yeah, agreed but Alex is a cry baby and always uttered self depressing words. That is your only problem" Jake snapped.

"And Luke loves being always a loudmouth drawing all attention to us, he can't keep quiet no matter what. And noise making should be left to girls or else you will be one" Reginold seems to target Luke.

'Then I will also target you' Luke thought with a smile.

"And you love to be like girls" Luke said with a grin.

"I am the image of a true man and what makes you say that ?" Reginold asked.

"Because tomato hair is only for girls" Luke said. His face seems to say ' if you think you are the king of sarcastic remarks then I am your father'.

"I am so tired" Jake complained.

"Yeah Alex ideas will surely help us sleep" Luke said as he sits down.

"Is not over, we have to go for a run and come back then we take our bath and get ready to sleep" Alex explained.

The group soon left their rooms and they were jogging together through the school's training ground.

"Hey I got a good idea, let's fight it out for once in here" Jake said excitedly.

"Alright I am in, I want a rematch with Alex" Reginold said.

"Count me in!" Luke shouted.

Alex just smiled wryly, it seems that even if he did not look for trouble, trouble always find its way yo him. Soon Reginold planted a black instrument on the fround.

" what's that for ?" Jake asked.

"A barrier that will nullifies the sound we will make and reduce others visibility so that they cannot see us" Reginold explained.

"Alex I will get you" Reginold said.

"And this time I will be more serious. You are not that strong is just that the form is scary that's all" Reginold spoke as he held a sword in his hand.

"Hey no swords, it will be unfair beat me in a hand to hand combat" Alex said as he put out his arms outward.

"Okay, suit yourself" Reginold said, he then stabbed the sword to the ground.

Reginold has already lunge at Alex with a straight punch hitting straight in the face and then a roundhouse kick sending him off.

"Argh he is too strong" Alex said as he transform into his beastly form.

Reginold appeared behind him and deliver a kick aim to his leg. Alex lunge forward to escape the attack then Reginold gave chase. While chasing Alex, Alex suddenly stop and send a back hand fist to Reginold's face.

'I never anticipated that' Reginold get back up. He charge with a jab while Alex attempted to grab his arm, Reginold suddenly increase his speed and bash into Alex.

But it seems Alex also has also become better, he stand his ground and kneed Reginold in the stomach.

"Argh" Reginold's muscles suddenly bulge and Alex is sent flying, Reginold chase after him and put his two hands together as he smacks Alex to the ground.

Swoosh

Before Alex land Reginold has already gone down and when Alex is closed he send a powerful punch, seeing that, Alex crossed his arms and the fire glow brighter but he was still sent flying and hit the barrier.

Meanwhile, at the other side.

Jake is being chased by what seems to be a water tiger.

"You stupid animals leave me alone" Jake shouted. And then a small distance away from him, luke emerged from a small puddle of water and lunge at the escaping Jake.

But suddenly Jake grin and send a fireball towards Luke.

"You thought I won't anticipated that after all the time we spent fighting." Jake said as he send a massive fireball and destroy the animals.

Swoosh

A figure blur as the fireball hit nothing but air, then suddenly Jake felt pain at his back. He turn to strike the aggressor with a back hand fist but his hand is parried away and a kick was sent toward his abdomen.

"You are not the only one that is wise, I also know how you will react" Luke said while sending the kick.

"Arggh!!!!!"Jake shouted as his eyes turn slightly red and he grab luke's leg and hold it in place.

Luke didn't hesitate to pull his leg but it won't budge, he suddenly turn to water. But will Jake let such a chance slip away from him ? Absolutely no!

'He thought he is smart, and he thinks he is now safe' Jake grinned wickedly as he covers his hand in flames and punched toward the escaping mass of water.

"Ahh!" A painful shout is heard as Luke felt the heat on his body.

Panting Luke shakily stand up, slowly his aura is becoming terrifying a blue hue surround his body. He is slowly healing.

Luke is so fast that wherever he goes he leaves a blue hue then he strike Jake. Jake parried away the blow and lunge at Luke with his fist heading straight for Luke's face.
