Earth's Lone Avenger
After a devastating alien invasion by the Xollante, the world split in two—North ruled by the vicious mutants, South struggling to survive. Humanity’s only hope lay in a distant planet called Luxus E-75, where exposure to its strange energy awakened superhuman abilities known as Quirks.
Leo Rayden was just a boy when he ignored a warning that could’ve saved the world. Now, 78 years later, he wakes from a coma on Luxus E-75, unchanged, unaged, and carrying a guilt that runs deeper than the Earth’s fractured core.
The worst part? He has a Quirk… but doesn’t know how to unlock it. The same quirk which saved him 78 years ago.
To atone for the past and prepare for the war to come, Leo must enter Earth’s ruthless Quirk Academy, where only the strong survive and the weak are cast aside. Armed with nothing but raw willpower, cryptic flashes of power, and help from his older mysterious telepathic friend Loca from Luxus, Leo sets out to climb the deadly Rank System—a path littered with betrayal, brutal training, and battles against both humans and aliens.
But buried within him is a power not seen since the Great Evolution.
And if he can unlock it…
He might just conquer the system.
Or die trying.
"He slept through the apocalypse. Now he has to save what’s left of the world."
A gritty sci-fi/fantasy epic of survival, guilt, growth, and revenge—with ancient weapons clashing against high-tech war machines, mutant powers, and the rise of an unlikely hero.

Chapter: Everyone's Saviour
"Don't look at me like that. Grab a sword and kill one of these bummers," Rosa said as she dropped a sword at Leo's feet and ran with the other sword towards Hunter's corner where he was fighting two Mecha-men alone. Leo didn't think he needed the sword but he dragged it towards the other end of the corridor where Omal was. Along the way, he gave a playful kick to the bubble that still trapped the Cyborg in there, it bounced away to a side while the Cyborg struggled to bust free. "Don't struggle," Leo said. "Mr. Omal. You might need this," Leo shouted as soon as he got close. He tossed the beast sword at the giant teacher. Omal bent down instantly to grab the sword, as a result, the mecha-man saw an opening. It raised its sword and gave a downward slash, but Leo was quick to come to Omal's rescue. He pushed the button of the device once, twice and at the third time, the mecha-man flew right in the air and crashed heavily against the wall. Leo could see that this mecha-man was indee

Chapter: Mad Lam
Leo looked ahead of Hunter and saw that Allan was fairing badly against the mecha-man. He was clutching his left knee as blood dripped down his black clothes. There was no way he could handle a mecha-man with his shadow quirk. The least he could do was hide for a while, manipulate shadows to confuse the mecha-man, and slow down the mecha-man's attacks with the shadows. He was very skilled with his quirk but he wasn't strong enough to deal any real damage to his enemies. Leo had thought Allan was going to leave Hunter to fight this out alone as he said, but guess he isn't a bad man like he appears. He saw that the man needed help, so he thought maybe he could throw the blue device at him to help him. But he reminded himself that Hunter now has the beast weapon, and if he was really a high ranking mutant teacher, then that should be enough to defeat the Mecha-men. "Freak, I'm so sick of these metal butts. Get the shit over here, Hunter!" Allan yelled in pain. Hunter joined him immedi

Chapter: Leo vs The Weakest
"Leo, where the hell are you going?" Hunter yelled. "Stay away from them!" But Leo wasn't listening. He just froze, he has gotten too close to the mecha-man to turn his back. The robot man went past Lam after seeing that he was unconscious, and kept coming for Leo. Omal and Greg were still busy fighting the other mecha-man and Allan and Hunter are now getting ready to engage the other two Mecha-men, so there was really no one that was free to help Leo now. Leo's breath caught in his chest. A mecha-man was coming straight at him with his huge beast weapon and there was literally nothing he could do. He however wondered if Mecha-men are allowed to attack students if they are caught outside during curfew time. But what Leo didn't know was that a mecha-man can't differentiate a student from a teacher when they are in their suit. The vision device covering their head will always glow red to them, indicating a threat to be terminated when a mutant is sighted at night. The earth's council

Chapter: Mecha-Men Alert
Four days passed and the weekend was drawing near. Many things hasn't changed in Leo's life at the academy. Mr. Al declined his offer for change of room, Jade and his friend were still throwing him around for fun, he had visited Miss Charlotte of the hospital wing the third time, he hasn't had dinner yet at the canteen because he always land in some trouble every evening, Rosa's appearance before him has reduced for some reason he was thankful of, and he hasn't seen Lam yet since that day at the test arena. Out of everything, Rosa's disappearance was what he was most grateful of. He remembered the night he was frozen against the wall by Sil, she had run up to him that night and rescued him before he froze. He wished she wasn't the one that rescued him since she was the reason he was there in the first place, but he was still grateful that he didn't die from cold. His body wasn't like the other mutants, so he couldn't resist for long. He expected Rosa to pester him like she always do

Chapter: Yet Another Morningbolt
The watch in their hands beeped and informed them it was time for dinner but they paid no heed. Dinner can wait. Sil and the other guy dragged Leo along with them while Jade led the way. From the way they lifted him easily, Leo was well aware of how strong they are. Both Sil and the quiet black-haired guy were B-ranked. Jade being an A-ranker was more like a master to them. They felt the heavy burden to accomplish anything once he commands. Even though Sil appeared to be his closest friend, there was nothing he could do when Jade was furious like now. They got to the entrance of a deserted building and saw two Mecha-men standing guard. Mecha-men only guard the academy at night since that's what they are specially trained for. The least among any mecha-man is a B-ranker and they are selected based on their acute observation abilities. Since it's getting dark, they have already resumed their post for the night. Leo was a little relieved when he saw the robotic men at the post. He exp

Chapter: Miss Charlotte's Bag Of Ruckus
"Who did this shabby work?" the doctor asked rhetorically. "I mean, she succeeded in making him sleep but the process was slow, so it's messing with the boy's consciousness. I'm sorry he'll be out for quite a while. Maybe the whole of today. "These annoying low-budget healers, always eager to show themselves only for them to end up with a disaster such as this. See, he's not even fully asleep. That's why nobody can be as good as me. I am the best healer both on Earth and on Luxus. A-ha, I'm not like them. "So, here's what I'm gonna do. I'll press my hand on his forehead instead of placing it lightly like she did. Now this process stimulates some receptors in his brain that starts a series of actions and reactions---" Rosa stood akimbo, eyes staring daggers as she listened to the beautiful but lousy woman explain the process like she was a nurse-in-training. At last she stopped explaining and removed her palm from Leo's forehead. "Okay, since you said he'll be out for the best hour

Chapter: Mutant Detector
Activating the radar detector ability that he copied from Tade, the tunnel suddenly turned a greenish shade before his eyes. Each turning in the tunnel opened up easily to him as his mind traveled far before him.Everything stopped moving when he sensed the presence in the tunnel. Two men and a woman, it seemed, he couldn't be sure since this is the first time Jacq is using this ability but these people sure didn't number more than three. In the muscular hand of one of the men was the Mutant detector device that Stranger told him about. It flashed red light against the green vision that Jacq was seeing. The three figures appeared as a light yellow colour against the green environment that Jacq was seeing for easy detection of people and movement. Jacq could see that they were moving restlessly from foot to foot as they discussed, one of the men was gesticulating wildly. The man holding the device turned immediately to Jacq's line of vision as if he knew that someone was watching them

Chapter: Unexpected Information
[The tunnel is free. Enjoy your stroll] a notification popped.Jacq gave a soft chuckle that attracted a raised eyebrow from the kid. He looked down at the boy, his smile getting broader and he managed a wink. Then Jacq remembered that he didn't know the boy's name. Olatunde never told him."Hey, what is your name?" Jacq asked.Of course, the boy remained silent.[Scanning...][Name: Tade Adeola][Age: 12][Form: Mutant][Skill: Spy]Jacq was instantly amazed at this new development he's experiencing. Chapter: A secret tunnel
Jacq caught up with the boy in few seconds, cursing silently after him. Either the boy did not hear or he chose not to bother, he kept on along a small patch of bare land amidst the sea of grass before jumping suddenly, diagonally to his left. Jacq followed suit, lifting his body weightlessly and jumping silently a few inches from the kid.The going was slow as the boy looked back continuously to make sure Jacq never missed a step. Then, the hop became more frequent, left to right, to right, to left, forward... They went on jumping the invisible landmines, apparently visible only to the boy. Then, as if he remembered something, the black boy looked back one last time, with one eyebrow raised meaningfully at Jacq, before running two steps forward and stepping sideways to his right, the last of him concealed by the thick dry bushes.Alarmed, Jacq followed at once, running two steps and jumping to his right just as he did. He got behind the thick set of bushes and saw the black figure of

Chapter: Cassie's POV
Cassie walked up silently to a raised platform inside the suiting lab. As she walked, murmurings were heard among the onlookers of the lab. Cassie bowed her head shyly as she made to speak. She was not built for this. She had always shied away from public speaking but right now, she has no choice... These are her people now. She is their commander and she wasn't about to let go of that position based on fear. More than half of the people here will jump at her post at any given opportunity. She raised her head and breathed deep one last time. The crowd before her gave her a little scare. She could see the glum face above his shuby blue suit, Greg's face plastered with a wide smile like a proud kid cheering his parents on, she could see Olatunde the Nigerian boy's eager face, like be was about to jump a playmate on a ring. She could see a whole lot of familiar faces that she hasn't seen together at once... Mutants created by her father, mutants bit recognized by the American government.

Chapter: Let's get suited
It's finally happening. I didn't know it will be this fast...Right... Ugh...Jacq pressed hard on the Power Off button of the TV remote angrily that he almost broke it. It took all level of self control to stop him from smashing it down in the tiled floor. It is here... It is finally here, the reason for this system. The reason for building these technologies.Professor Lambert had carried out these measures just for the sake of America. His personal gain was not thought about when he embarked on developing the system from the already created blue orb. The owner of the system holds the power to lead the war and is essential if there was any chance of this war being won. And the owner of the system is me? Me? The more I think of it, the crazier it becomes... How..?"I can just stay hidden, can't I?" Jacq asked hoping for a reply from Stranger. There was only silence. He went on..."After all, the country is not aware of the existence of the orb anymore. They were convinced it wa
