Leiu must have followed the workers for no less than one hour before the expected happened. As he lurked in the darkness, unseen by everyone, his focused eyes spotted a black-clothed silhouette jumping from one roof to the other. The assassin was also following the shipment and looking around. He was wary and did not launch an assault before he had made sure that no guards were present.
