Once he aims further up, he lands a punch to the head but only makes him step back once.  As this happens, Tanji comes crashing in from behind and slashes at his cloak from behind. Unluckily, the metal is far too tough to simply be slashed by something of that power. Otto swivels around swiftly to swing his claws for a slash but then, Tanji skilfully slashes at his open palm, taking less than a tenth of a second to do this and return to his fortified defensive position.  “You’re skilled.
