Chapter 11
Macleod had not seen his parents since he arrived in Horki. Adan was the first person he saw and they ended up stumbling upon a murder case. Talk about a way to be welcomed. He decided to go home and see his parent since Philips’ funeral was already near and his Mother had been discharged from the hospital. He stood in front of his house and stared at the building. The reason why he didn’t come home to visit was because he never felt loved there. After Swart got promoted from being a Commander at the training center he seemed withdrawn from his family. His children especially and they thought he cared more about the deceased trainees than his own family. He walked into the house and sneaked into the kitchen. There, Hannah was standing by the counter, cutting some onions and crying in the process. He frowned when he remembered how she always told him and his sister to stare at chopped onions because it helped the eyes.“Mama” he said and hugged her from behind“Oh my gosh!” she exclaim

Chapter 12
Stephany welcomed Adan with a ‘good morning’ and a warm cup of coffee but Adan wasn’t in the mood for his kindness and generosity. He had Nada’s case on his hands and he went to a club and added to it. Now, he couldn’t walk with his head high in the CIA station because the agents thought he was an incompetent worker. He thought Stephany was using his smile and the paper cup of coffee was just a show so he wouldn’t give him any work. The coffee was even in a paper cup. Yeah, it was definitely a show.“What’s good about the morning? Huh?” Adan asked“Sir, I did nothing except welcome you when everyone else has decided to make you an outcast. You might as well treat me right” Stephany said“Did I ask you to do that? Don’t do the opposite of what people are doing! Do exactly the same!” Adan yelled“It just means you weren’t brought up with good doctrine” Stephany muttered“What was that? The research I asked you to conduct on that bastard Blaze, has that been done?” Adan asked“Yes Sir. T

Nada was really right. The Swart’s did indeed forget about Daisy as they were busy with the preparation for Philips’ funeral. Daisy, just like Macleod wasn’t close to her family and was constantly away from home so when she told them she wasn’t going to be home for a month they decided to strike her out as one of their problems but planned to bring her back on when her return was getting near. For now, Macleod had the task of picking out a perfect tie for his Father.Philips’ funeral had finally arrived and Swart was getting tensed up. There was every tendency that his murderer was going to show up at the funeral and cause trouble.“Dad, you shouldn’t look worried. Your tie is perfect and you’re gonna knock Mom off her feet” Macleod said“That’s not it. I just want to lay Philips’ and his family to rest” Swart said“Gosh, I can’t believe he’s really dead. And Aunt Elisa too” Macleod said“Anyway Dad, I’ve gotta go now. Adan and I are going to the church together” he added“Just make s

Chapter 14
Nada and her gang were on the floor laughing hard after she got off the phone with Adan. They heard him tell the agents to track her down with the gun she mentioned. They wondered how he really easily believed that she was with a gun.“Find what gun?” Nada asked“Wow, it’s a good thing Macleod went near him so we’d hear everything” Blesse said and wiped the tears that fell from her eyes“You mean it’s a good thing I placed the bug in Macleod’s phone, huh?” Nada said“Whatever, they’re gonna be really confused soon” Fae said“What do you mean? I thought you said you used a different name and address when you purchased the arms and ammunitions?” Nebula asked“Yes and that’s what they’re going to get confused because I used Swart’s name and address to purchase all our ammunitions from the arms dealer. All I did was go to the front of his house to collect the order” Fae answered“You monster!” Nada screamed dramatically and shared a high five with Fae“Anyway. I want you guys to keep reme

Chapter 15
Both parties were planning for their attack during the great meet at the abandoned training center. Nada’s was to get the name of the third accomplice from Swart and the later was to get his wife and children out of her claws, alive.Nada sat in front of her mirror, properly wearing her bullet proof. She was going to need it because Adan and Benson were planning on coming at her with force. They weren’t going to be a laughing stock for the third time and thankfully, she knew of it.She threw on her black shirt and Mini walked in holding their radios in her hands. “Is there gonna be any need for the radios?” she asked“I don’t think so. We’d be together so there’s no need for it. It’s better not to leave anything behind when we’re trying to make our escape” Nada answeredFae walked in and placed a voice modifier on Nada’s throat. She was like a Queen who was been dressed up for an occasion.“You’ll be the one doing most of the talking so this way they wouldn’t recognize your voice no m

Chapter 16
Adan was outraged at Swart. He felt he was trying to drag his Father into his mess. If not that why then would he mention him as an accomplice? He paced about angrily and turned around to give Swart a punch. Swart stumbled and fell and the agents had to hold Adan back. They thought he seemed to have forgotten that Swart was the Minister for Defense.Macleod held onto Adan as well, he was annoyed that his Mother and sister weren’t returned to them and they were being shot at and treated like dogs in front of the CIA and there was nothing they could do to help them.“What the hell do you think you’re doing?” he asked“How dare you mention my Father as one of your accomplice? What the hell were you thinking?!” Adan yelled and tried to hit Swart again“Your Father is the cause of all this!” Swart said “You see this building? He was the one who suggested it’d be brought to the ground even though they were children in it. I was only trying to protect my family back then little did I know t

Nada highlighted from the taxi in front of Portier’s international airport. She had gotten the information she need and now she was to return to Horki and set the place ablaze with it. She couldn’t believe she was going to have to go after Adan now that he was a relative to Robertson. Her plan was to finish Macleod off along with Swart if the next man wasn’t a diehard criminal like she had confirmed but now she had to put their execution on a hold and add Adan to the list. But since he was literally a fool for her it was going to be easy to get him.As she made to open the sliding door and board her plane, she saw the man she never had on her list. Francis. Was he the one Katherine was talking about when she told Nada to be careful of her own? He was from Bunya so technically he was her own and he had betrayed her and the girls or was he about to do it again?”“What’s he doing here?” she wondered and placed her voice modifier on her throat the pulled her hoodie over her head and walke

Chapter 18
Daisy and Hannah had begun to recover from their injuries but they had their doubts of ever going back home. Hannah at some point hated Swart for getting involved in such dirty activities as joining to kill young children when he had children of his own. She wanted to see reasons with Nada and the girls but they were killing innocent people as well. Like Elisa and Thelma, they didn’t take part in Philips’ dirty work but Nada killed them and was about to do the same to them. Worse, Daisy’s savage tongue wasn’t helping their situation.“Mom, are we ever gonna leave this place?” she asked“We might, if you try to keep shut and not anger Nada” Hannah said. The girl in the room with them had an AK-49 in her hand. They thought Nebula was a monster but they hadn’t seen anything then. Holding a pistol and holding an AK-49 was two different things. One was slightly monstrous and the other, monstrously monstrous.“Is Dad even looking for us? Is he really guilty of those things Nada said he did?

Chapter 19
Nada left Clybin Park to meet the girls but Macleod and Adan remained, engaged in a heated conversation. Macleod fully believed that his Daeva was indeed assaulted by Nada and Adan’s claim that she was Nada was nothing but bullshit, a means to push the blame on someone. He was trying to handle his family problems as well as getting Daeva to be in a relationship with him but after he had disturbed her when she was at work, Adan decided to add fuel to the fire by accusing her of being a murderer.Adan however, was so sure Nada was Daeva. Even if the only proof he had was the fact that she talked like Nada sometimes. Like the way she called everyone sweetheart or sugar and the whole vibe she gave off. He was sure she was the Nada everyone in the CIA dreaded. The CIA agents had begun to whisper amongst themselves about how they were going to back out from any plan Adan presented them in a bid to save his Father. After seeing how Nada worked and how scared Adan was to move and do anything

Chapter 20
Adan sat on the ground beside the dead bodies Nada had left. She had done her usual carnage and his Father was going to end up like Hannah and Daisy. He had his hands in his hair wondering what his next step in life would be. Lankan, one of the CIA agents who still had a little courage within them to face Nada, tapped him on the shoulders to draw his attention.“Sir” he called“Don’t Sir me you good for nothing!” Adan yelled and brushed him off“Leave them be Adan” George said. He heard his Father’s voice and lifted his head, thinking his ears were playing tricks on him but George was indeed standing in front of him. Nada didn’t kidnap him like he had thought“Dad! You’re here. How did you….. She didn’t take you?” he asked“No, I don’t think she even knows who she’s after” George said“What do you mean? I definitely saw her take someone with her. Who was it then?” Adan asked“Stephany, Sir” Lankan said“What? Why would she do that?” Adan asked“Well, Stephany was protecting your Fath
