Robert woke up from his sleep, yawning and stretching, he heard a knock and he stood up wondering who might be there. He dragged his feet as he walked towards the door. He barely sleep in the afternoon like this at his in-laws house, except they have all gone out. Robert was all dressed up the next day, he was putting on a hoodie and a no0se mask to prevent anyone from recognizing him in the public and he was walking with a blonde haired guy, Liam. Mr. Derrick saw that the rumors have been quelled completely, people are no longer talking again. Robert is no longer useful to him again, he was serving as a pawn before. It was 8 am, the Williams family were having their breakfast when they hear the sound of their doorbell. Robert quickly locked the window quietly and went to open the door, trying to fake a sleepy face. Robert sighed and wiped off the beads of sweat that had already formed on his forehead. Today is the last day of his punishment, nothing much had happened in the past few days. The penfolds restaurant was not making much of a progress, the income they made in the past few days were [poor. Robert continued moping the floor, this was the last room he is going to mop today. Cleaning the house for the past week had made him to become a clean freak that he could not bear to see a single stain on something, he would wash it off or clean it off immediately. Robert walked into the restaurant with a hoodie on his head. The writing "PENFOLDS RESTAURANT" was hung on top of the building, the light inside was switched on making the writings to be shining. He pushed the door open and walked into the building, he sat at the far corner of the restaurant with a smile on his face. Though the restaurant is not filled up but they were quite alot of people here even though this is night time. He preferred being the CEO from the shadows, pulling the reins from the shadow for now, the CEO is left open though. Everyone was being told that the CEO is on a business trip somewhere else. Days had slowly turned into weeks and into months, Penfolds restaurant all over the state and into the neighboring ones also. It was slowly gaining popularity beyond the state, it is known as the best restaurant for their unmatched foods and top notch hospitality to their customers. The media were also trying to crack who was behind the mask of the unknown CEO who rarely appeared and the majority of the times he had come are at night. Robert sat with Hazel in his office sipping his wine slowly and looking at the report for the day, the reports were always from six o'clock in the morning till eight o'clock in the night, since he always visit the restaurant mostly at eight thirty at night and the times he came earlier before the closing time, he might show up in the restaurant with his mask on and a suit. Robert decided to switch the topic to something else after seeing the pitiful look on Hazel’s face. They had gotten really close and deep down Robert could feel that he is beginning to develop feelings for Hazel, the lady who have been with him through thick and thin. He don’t want to discuss the matter any further again, the pain of everything he had to go through is starting to surface and it is taking everything that he have to suppress that pain as much as he can. The public were already starting to believe that Cassy doesn’t treat the poor rudely after few months of them getting married.
