Everything in the HQ seemed as normal as it could be on a day with an external occasion. Hunter parked the car next to the few cars still parked in the parking lot, likely cars of staff working overtime.The company night view was stunning. "You were supposed to come straight home" Randy stated when she reach Xander. She had changed out of her red gown she wore to the ceremony and was now putting on sweats under a brown coat. Xander washed the plates he used to feed Emily her breakfast and wore his suit, the last piece of clothing so he was ready for work. "Hunter is here" Trente called from the door as he welcomed Hunter in. Hunter had left for his apartment that morning to get ready for work. "Tell him to come to the kitchen" Xander said back and soon he heard some footsteps enter the kitchen. Hunter was met with a sight. Emily was holding tight to her father's neck, refusing to let go.
