According to the data provided recently by the Fourth Division, the Arachnes which Kyle had encountered so far, were somewhat of a lower class compared to the monster in front of him. Since the revolutionizing of the Fourth Division and the announcement of Project Orion, the Division had introduced a new method to accurately rank monsters which appeared from Portals. This was possible due to the invention of Fortitude reading devices by Star Labs.
