Rachel was staying with Elena so she would be able to look after her, so nothing would hurt her, while Carl and the others were not going to have a problem. Still, with Rachel there, it meant that they were going to have a problem, and it was not something that anyone would want even to put on their mind at the moment. “I dont think you should be doing this, I dont need you to keep yourself in danger because of me.” She was looking at Elena; she knew what it was going to bring for her if she remained at the spot for another day, what it was going to bring her, and how it was going to be one of the worst things. “I dont know why you are worried about this. I am going to be fine, and you need to be calm for now. We have no idea who it might be that would want to hurt you like this, but till then, I would love it if you were not so worried about me.” Elena smiled. She knew what Rachel was trying to do and how she was not about to let her do something that would hurt them. “Besides, I

‘They are among us?’ Elena stared at the message, trying to get her mind off it and answer the door. It was then that it struck her that the message was something else, but there was no way of telling what Carl was trying to let her know by saying that they were amongst them. She was about to open the door, when something came up in her mind it was like the answer to the question she was asking. Instead of opening the door, she clicked the answering machine. “Who is it?” She asked, knowing that it was Luca but something told her that something didn’t feel right, and that if what she was trying to avoid was what was going on, it would be worse if she wasn’t careful. “It’s me, Luca,” he responded, but there was something else there another voice distinct from his own. “I came to see how Lady Rachel is doing…” “She’s doing fine, at the moment she is asleep.” Elena turned to look at Rachel, using her eyes to give her a sign trying to make everything look quiet. “Oh,” Luca muttered

Luca stood by the door waiting for Elena to make a move, but the moment he saw that nothing was going to make her even think of opening the door for him, he knew it was not going to be easy, but he would need to take Rachel by force. “I dont know why these generals always have to give us a hard time, I dont like this one bit!” He growled, looking at the door, which was about to get dirty, and they wouldn't even be able to talk to her in a normal tone. The radio on his waist began to make a noise, he looked down with a scowl on his face, trying to keep everything in a certain order for the meantime. He unhooked it and tuned the radio. “And what might it be?” He asked, looking at the door, trying to see if he would get anything out of everything happening in front of him. “There are no openings; we think the only way for things to be done is if we should take it into our hands to make sure that the target is taken.” Luca rolled his eyes. He knew what was about to happen and the a

While Elena was facing the men in her house, Rachel had made her way out of the tunnel. It was now possible for her to get somewhere far, but the first thing that came to her mind wasn't her house or the Martins’ mansion. She first ran to a phone booth; it was bound to be something more productive than heading to the Martins' mansion. She took the phone and dialled the home line. Her plan wasn't to stand there and let them get what they wanted with Elena. The line didnt ring for long before it was answered on the other end. “Hello, who is this?” Carl answered, and from the sound, he wasn't in any way happy that someone was disrupting their work at the moment, but then he heard something that he would never have expected. “Carl, it's me! It's Rachel. Elena is being attacked now, there are people at the house, and I worry that something might happen.” Rachel didnt waste time giving the message, knowing that there was no time to waste there and that they weren't going to stand by an

Elena was barely standing while fighting off those two, they were strong and fast it wasn’t like facing any other warriors and from the way they moved it was out of the world with the precision they would use to attack her. They weren’t giving her as much trouble as she would have imagined but then there was a chance that if she didnr take things a bit more serious then it would mean her life was going to be put away. Managing to break down one of the warriors, she had her eyes on Luca and the last man. It was clear that Erion gave them a clear advantage and power to move at surprising speeds. ‘Explains how Nathan is always able to move like that, if he has this ability within him and has been using it without knowing that it was in her.’ She was looking at the men, a faint smile on her face she was ready to take them down if anything was out of place. “You know, I’m not scared of any of you.” She took a stance about to get them to back down once and for all but it wasn’t going t

Nathan and Liu, back at the Northern Plains, were alerted to the attacks, but they weren’t about to leave the North with no idea of what was happening back in Caldor. Ultimately, it led to an argument between the two, Liu being on the side that they were meant to make sure that nothing would happen to the people back at Caldor. And Nathan saying that they were going to be fine, it was almost like he knew that there was nothing going to happen to them, and they needed to have more faith in themselves. “Nathan,” Liu called out, his eyes were still a bit shaky, knowing that something was happening that they would be able to handle. “I know you aren’t trying to push things too fast, but if you don’t…” “Liu, take it easy, my friend.” Nathan turned, looking at Liu, he had a smirk on his face, and he could tell that Liu was only acting out of sheer worry. “I know that this isn’t the best time for this sort of thing to start happening, but I would love it if you don’t worry yourself like

Nathan and Liu rushed to the ward where they kept Bill. They didn’t know what to expect, but then they didn’t know what was going to be there. Once they opened the door, they saw the man with long brown hair, a chiseled chin, and a blazing look on his face. Nathan couldn’t believe his eyes. He was looking at his oldest friend in the Northern Plain. Someone he thought had died years ago, but there he was in front of him. “Billy…”Nathan couldn’t believe his eyes, trying to put what was happening together, but it wasn't something he would have had an easy time trying to understand. Bill was looking around with an odd expression on his face, trying to put together what had happened and why he was there in the first place. Turning to look at Nathan, a sense of familiarity was there, and he could feel like he knew who the man in front of him was. Trying to get the words out of his mouth, but it was harder than he could imagine. “Have I seen you somewhere before?” He managed to get ou

It was during the early years after Nathan and the others had been appointed as shining generals that they were waiting for missions to seal the deals. Even before things went the way they did, they were strong and known for their power and influence. Nathan, Liu, and Bill were the rising stars, always taking charge in all situations and making sure nothing was going to happen. It was their way of letting people know that the North had produced monsters who were capable of ending empires in a flash. In all the missions these three went for, as a duo, trio, or solo, it was always on their end as the winning part. They were never called back due to an injury or something worse than that. There was only one time when there was an event so dreadful it made them think twice before making a move that would hurt them again, and it was not like anything they would have imagined to see in their lives. It was beyond them in every way they would have imagined. Bill and Nathan were sent to th

Nathan was trying to find where the base the warriors were keeping the bio weapon and he knew that the only thing he needed to do was make sure that the lab was blown up and they would make sure that there wasn't a trace of it. At this point, he was still a young warrior filled with fire within his soul, making nothing that would get in the way of his growth. But he was bound to head for an angle no one would take anything from him. The warriors in that camp didn’t stand a chance, they were falling to Bill and Nathan’s blades. They were forces to be reckoned with, units that no one would want even to come across. Bill had made sure the snipers trying to take them down from above were taken out and Nathan was hurling down the warriors coming from below. They still didn’t get sight of any lab where the experiments were going on. It wasn’t even clear how they were this hidden. “Bill, I don’t see anything or feel anything.” Nathan was uneasy, he knew that there was a good chance that

It was an eerie sight for anyone to even comprehend. It was almost like the belly of a monster from the abyss. It was not even kept in good shape, and from the way things were designed, it looked like something from horror novels, but Nathan and Bill were looking around, trying to put things down. It looked like there was something else they were trying to keep hidden from the rest of the world. Nathan could see the whole room, which was covered in markings. Bill was trying to get everything to make sense to him, his thoughts didn’t come together as anything he would want out of his hand. “You know that there is no way for anyone to walk out of here alive if it’s what I am imagining.” Nathan was still looking around, he didn’t know what was going on but seeing that everything was pointing towards a dark lab it was clear that there was something else about to happen. “I don’t know what they are trying to do but there has to be something we won’t want to see.” He said walking towa
