A man dressed in a dark suit stepped out of a black BMW in front of the Caldor Church, he walked down there in a calm and well-observed manner.

He stopped looking at the temple front, put his hands together, and began to say a prayer, which seemed to be in memory of someone.

His phone beeped, and he pulled it out of his pocket to look at it. He had an odd smile on his face, he picked up the call. “Tell me you have good news for me, ”

“Well sir, I have good news and bad news. I found the girl who saved you fifteen years ago, she had managed to survive that accident but then I think I got another news saying she got injured badly.”

The man’s smile disappeared, and he turned back to his car and began walking to it. “Send me the information you got.”

“I sent you the info you need on her to your email,”

The man looked at his phone, a bit confused when he saw the girl's name.

“So that’s her family, it will not be hard.”

The man was none other than Nathan Specter.

Fifteen years ago, Nathan’s family were all assassinated one by one in cold blood, the people of Caldor were trying to make sure that they would take the throne, they had taken their time to ensure they would get to Nathan. They planned an accident locking Nathan inside a bus trying to make sure that he would burn inside the car.

But then a girl rushed in to save him from the burning car not minding her safety. Nathan lost all 20 of his family members, and all the members of the Specter family were lost that night.

After he was rescued, Nathan ran down to the river, trying to escape from Caldor, not wanting anything to hurt him, he carried the memory of his family members being cut down one by one. The hate he had gave him the strength to push on. He managed to escape to the hills, and not looking back, he bumped into a man who took him to the Northern lands, where he trained alongside the man to become a soldier.

He kept training to make sure that he would not be as weak as he was when they tried to kill him. He taught throughout his stay in Northen Plains, moving from a nameless soldier to a feared General.

Fifteen years later, Nathan had become the most feared General. He also wore a mask, hiding his face from everyone his blades of justice landed on.

He had infiltrated an enemy camp to rescue the King of Northen Lands singlehandedly defeating 10,000 soldiers. After that event, his name was scarred into the minds of all his enemies.

Nathan had led soldiers into the battlefield and on every battlefield he entered with his soldiers he came out triumphant, he was an unstoppable force and no one could stand against his legendary troop.

He was later given the mantle of General, they called him The Masked General, which struck fear across the land, but being a general didnt stop Nathan from going into battle alone, everywhere he went he left the eenemy in ruins. Also gaining him the name Demon King Of The North.

He was the youngest General The North had ever seen.

Once Nathan was made General, after years of gathering strength and power he decided to retire and return to Caldor. He had a debt to pay and scores to settle, he was not going to let his family’s life go in vain.

“So, her name is Rachel Martins and she is the first daughter of the Martins Family,”

Nathan hung up his phone as he pulled out the device in his car that would show him all the information on Rachel, he had seen the scars on her body and it was clearly from the accident years ago.

‘She was badly hurt in that accident,’ Nathan whispered to himself, he wasn't sure what he was going to be doing there if it wasn't for him.

Fifteen years ago, during their vacation Rachel had witnessed a bus crash, she was trying to ensure that no one was hurt.

She saw the boy stuck inside the bus crying for help, she could have turned back and returned to her family.

But she decided to save him, the boy she saved was none other than Nathan.

That day changed her fate for the rest of her life. It left her with scars that made her the laughingstock of her school and her family.

They called her names making her look like a monster.

“Rachel, I owe you my life; know you won't remember me. I will ensure I pay you for all you have done for me.”

“I will have to make sure that I take everything that brought me back to Caldor individually.” Nathan began slowing down the car and then parked the car.

He got down to meet someone, he was looking at him trying to figure out some things before he met Rachel.

“It's good to see you are back in your homeland,” The man said as he pulled out a tablet and handed it to Nathan.

“I came back to take what belongs to me and make sure that my family would have the chance to rest in peace.” Nathan looked at the tab as the smile on his face disappeared slowly.

“So these are the names of the men who are supposedly behind my family's assassination?” Nathan looked at the man, he was a bit confused and wanted to understand what he would be dealing with.

“That's all their names,” the man said, looking at Nathan as he scanned the paper.

“There is something you need to know sir,’ The man tried to say something as Nathan scanned through the names.

Nathan looked at him, unsure what the man wanted to tell him.

“And that is?” Nathan was looking at the man in front of him.

“The Martins family are trying to marry off their daughter Rachel to any man who can take her.” The man blurted out the news.

Nathan was shocked when he heard what the man was trying to tell him. He didn't understand how he would take the news but it was too sudden.

“What do you mean by that? What happened and why are they trying to marry her like that?” Nathan looked at the man, he was still shocked that they were planning to marry off Rachel like that since they were not going to be getting anything from her.

“According to what I heard it turns out that they are calling her a deformed monster due to the wounds on her body and they do not want to have someone like that in their house,” The man said, he was looking at Nathan waiting for him to say something about it but then there was no reply or any retort from him.

“Tell me, where did she get those wounds from?” Nathan wanted to be sure he was not going to be making a mistake, he was not sure what it would get him if he were wrong but then.

“She got it from an accident fifteen years ago,” The man said looking at Nathan, he was not sure what it would do if he knew what happened to her.

Nathan clenched his fists, he didn't realize that the injuries Rachel suffered all those years were that severe. ‘So because of me, you are being treated like nothing? I will make sure that no one will ever make you feel like you are worth nothing again!’

Nathan turned to look at the man, “Plans changed, I am going to Martins Family Mansion, I want to take care of something there first. I will handle the other things later when I am back from there.”

“Sir, should I tell them that you are coming?” The man asked.

Nathan paused briefly, “No, I think it would be best if none of them knew that I was coming to pay them a visit.”

Liu hadn't gotten any information on Cruz for a long time; he was not going to let anything make him think otherwise. He was trying to make sure that nothing would come in the way again and make Nathan feel like there was no way for him to get anything done. He was not sure what would come out of all his endeavors. But if one thing was certain, he would be able to get something done. “It seems that you don't understand what you are trying to get done here, do you?” A voice came from the door of his office; Liu smiled but didn't even bother to look back. “Elena, when would you learn that it is not formal for someone to come to the office like that…?” Elena giggled as she waltzed into the office; she was still not completely healed from what the men Cruz sent for her had done. “You're still trying to get the plans out?” She was looking at the papers on the table, confused; she didn't know what was going on in his head at the moment, and it wasn't even clear if there was a way for

“Obi-Nge, he is with the Masked General. Are you sure that you want to risk it in a fight?!” One of the Thorns was talking to Obi-Nge, a man with a shabby way of doing things. He wasn't trying to get in the middle of anything that would look like hard work for him, but if one of his prey had gotten away and was causing trouble. “Which is better, dealing with prey that you know you can kill and be through with, or being scared of a general that has nothing to do with your life?” Obi–Nge was looking at his partner, and nothing was going to prepare her for a question like that. He was looking at his partner and was not sure if there was going to be an answer from him. “I know you are trying to look out for me, but then there are better ways to do that, and I would love it if you understood that nothing is going to be holding us down like that, and I am not going to stand there to watch them take us down like we are some kind of lowlifes.” Obi-Nge sounded confident; he was known for

Nathan was looking at Loid; he had no idea what was going on. “I don't know what I am going to be hearing, but if you say that this is connected to all I want to know, then I am all ears.” He looked at Loid. There was no way he wouldn't want to know what was going on on the continent, and he was going to make sure that there was a way for him to solve the problem. “The families chosen were the Gregory family from the Eastern Valley, the Artheris from the Northern Plains, and then the Specters from Caldor. These were the three families picked out by the continent heads; they were going to make sure that nothing would come in the way of Orde and Law in Hondra.” Loid got up, moving to a part of the room where he picked up a chalk Nathan had lying around. “These families were not picked because of status or wealth; they were picked because the matriarch of each family had a strong sense of justice, and they were seen as the pinnacle of power and strength.” Loid sounded like there was

Nathan looked at the crest; he was not sure if it was the same as the one his family had. There was no clear difference, but then he was not sure if Loid might have had the same Crest. He didn't know if it was even possible for someone other than his family to carry the Crest like that. He did not want to interrupt the process; he had found a way to make sure that the poison would leave his body, and he was not going to let it go to waste. He would use it and make sure that nothing would take the man’s body.He waited for some time before he did something else to his body, but nothing showed that he was getting a response from the man and the treatment was going well. He stood there looking at him; the crest was still on his mind, not knowing what the exact reason was why he felt that there was something connecting it to his family, and all he needed was to make sure that there was nothing going to keep him on edge the whole time. Loid lay silent for a couple of minutes, and his bo

Zauf…. A country in Hondra is one of the deadliest places to even think of getting yourself a place. It wasn't even that much trouble getting lost there for a place called the Crime Land of Hondra—it was at its peak! In what seemed to be a five-star hotel, outside it wasn't always the worst place to be seen. Inside, there was a meeting and in that meeting sat five of the toughest and strongest men in Zauf. They were all seated for a meeting, there wasn't any sign of a weak being in the room. “I heard that those idiots failed to get Loid back here, oh the Supreme Syndicate ain't going to be happy about that.” One of the men spoke, looking around the room he could see that none of them would even have the mind to voice out what they were seeing and it was even sad for them in many ways. “How on earth did you think they would be able to do anything when they ran into the Masked General?” Another man spoke up, looking at the men there he was one of the few that looked odd and

“I don't know who told you that coming to my mansion was a good idea.” Nathan was looking at the last man standing, he had taken down the other two, and it wasn't even up to three minutes when they attacked. Nathan was moving like a hollow ghost taking them out one by one, and it was the last man he was looking at. His eyes were fixed on him like a hawk, and he wasnt going to be letting him go that easily. “You don't know what you are getting yourself into, if you touch me then that means you are making yourself an enemy and this isn't something you want to see yourself doing. There is no need to make yourself the enemy here.” The last man tried to talk to Nathan, but it would not work. He was looking at someone who had made up his mind to kill them and it was like pouring water on a rock. “You think I would give a damn to whatever it is you are trying to tell me. But I couldn't even care less.” Nathan was looking at the man, standing over him like a wall. “You think that I woul
