Getting a nanny
Brittany made a call to Miss Cindy asking if she knew any reliable nannies. She recommended someone, but the woman was in her late fifties. Brittany had to ask Julian if he was okay with it before going ahead to accept. An hour later, a knock came on the door. Julian walked over to check who it was, and to his surprise, it was the woman Miss Cindy had recommended. She had wrinkles on her face and was looking a bit older than her age. One could easily tell it was due to excessive labor or stress. Julian didn’t look down on her appearance, but he was a bit worried. Though this was their first time, so it might not be so nice talking about her face, which might give her low self-esteem or something. “Come in please, Miss Margaret, right?” He asked with a welcoming smile on his face while she bowed and replied. “Yes, I am, Margaret. Cindy directed me. She said to come to Citadel Estate. You must be Mr. Julian, right?” She asked, sounding very polite. “Yeah, I am. Please come in.” Juli
Who suggested it?
Both of them left the house, but first, Julian dropped her off at her office, which was not far from the estate, before he drove off to Flow and Glow Cosmetics Group. While he was driving, he was also munching on some sandwiches he had picked up at the restaurant along the way, since he had forgotten to pick up the ones Brittany had kept for him in the oven. Ding! Suddenly his phone buzzed. He took a glance at it on the dashboard when he saw it was a message on the screen. It was from Emily. “We can start by Monday.” The message reads. “Finally!” Julian sighed, feeling excited. By Monday, if the design was crafted, then all that would be left was to begin construction. At least he had about two hundred million in his account, so it should be able to start the project and take it to the roofing level. Also, he had yet to decide if the building should be tall or if he wanted it flat like most clinics and hospitals. Well, Monday was just a day away, so by then they would decide o
What he is missing out on!
“Huh?” Flourish gasped as she looked up at him. She had thought he genuinely wanted to give his comment; however, from his expression, she easily concluded he might be having a perverted thought. Well, she wouldn't mind letting him have a view. But after what he did yesterday, how could she easily give in to him? He was the main reason why she wanted to do the commercial so she could show off her figure to see what he was missing out on. Sonia knew this, and that might be why she didn’t stop him from coming in. “No!” She suddenly snapped and walked to her chair by the desk to sit down. Apparently, he wouldn't be able to get a view of the tankini and shorts anymore. She held the edge of the coat tightly to cover her bust and as she was sitting, her lower body was hidden beneath the desk. Splendid. This was such a perfect payback. Julain sighed. She was still mad about what happened yesterday. “I can wait outside if you want.” He suggested. “Hmp!” She huffed and looked away,
Explaining to her
“Huh?” Julian raised a brow at her as soon as he heard the suspicious remarks. “Do you take me for such a kind of guy?” He asked when she pulled away and huffed. “You are a man, so I expect nothing less.” “What does that mean?” Julian asked, looking stunned. “I mean…” Sonia turned to look at him for a while before she waved it off. “It’s fine. We are heading to the beach. You will come, right?” She asked, suddenly smiling. “I can smell that you are hiding something. What is it? Don't try to change the topic.” Julian saw through her at once within a brief moment. “Why do you look so tense?” She started chuckling. “That’s not like you, actually.” She kept laughing so hard and had to stay close to the wall so she wouldn't lose her balance. Julian’s brows twitched. “You are enjoying this, aren’t you?” “Of course,” Sonia said shamelessly. “Okay, I’m done. What’s going on?” Abruptly, Flourish came out of her office fully dressed in her work clothes and carrying a big bag along. Sh

“Sonia, you guys can go ahead; we will meet you guys at the beach.”Flourish yelled towards the van where Sonia was standing by and helping to park things in before she hopped into Julian’s car. Sonia smiled. She looked at Julian and pointed two fingers at her eyes before pointing them at him, signifying she was always watching him. He ignored her and hopped in before driving out of the place. “The boss has found herself a handsome man indeed,” Federick said as he popped his head from the van to take a look. “Actually, he’s lucky to bag the boss. Don’t you see how good-looking she is?” Sonia said, puffing her shoulders up. She didn’t know how they were able to reconcile, but it was such a good thing. Flourish was no longer looking so gloomy as before. “That’s it. Let’s go.” Federick said to the other people around. There were about five more who would help make the video a success. Adding to him and Sonia, there became a total of seven people. Thereafter, the other five hopped int

Minutes later, Feddrick returned with a radiant smile on his lips. He had wandered around, and luckily, he had found a good spot right by the hill where they could get such a good shot. At the angle, the sun would be by the side, which would bring out the texture in waves, and sand, and add depth. Everyone was excited for this, so he had to make sure it was perfect. He returned to where Sonia and the others were. “Hey, look, I’ve gotten a spot. I made a short video and a sharp edit even though it’s just a teaser for the main thing.” Federick extended the camera to Sonia so she could get a view. She wasn't hesitant. She collected it and watched the short clip. The quality, the angle—it was just so perfect. The only thing that might be missing was Flourish herself. “This is so great. I like it.” Sonia smiled with stars in her eyes as she was thrilled. “Let's take a look.” One of the five others requested and she handed it to them to take a look. After everyone had, they returned

Vroooom! Shortly a Pagani Zonda drove by the shores of the beach. There weren’t many people around, but the little ones gathered and were staring at something that was going on far ahead. Julian and Flourish wondered deeply as they looked over. They could hear sounds of someone shrieking in pain, like they were being beaten. “What the heck is going on, and where’s everyone?” Flourish asked as she looked through the car window. “Let’s check what’s going on ahead. I don’t like this.” Julian parked the car before hopping down while Flourish followed. His car would easily attract attention, but it seemed whatever was going on over there might be very serious instead. Hurriedly, both of them got to where the people were gathering only to find such a disturbing sight up ahead. Feddrick was being kicked around like a ball by two men, while another had grabbed Sonia and seemed to be dragging her towards the sea. As for the other five, they were lying on the floor in bad condition. “Th
Call your boss
Bang! Bang! Bang! Soon multiple sounds erupted into the air. Some were the crack of bone breaking, while others were of fists hitting the flesh. Everyone looked, curious as to who was going to drop to the floor. The way Ben charged over with so much hostility and speed, coupled with the fact that he seemed quite bulkier than the others, made people assume he might have the upper hand and be able to take Julian down. Julian had his back facing them while Ben was in front, so they had yet to see who was on the losing side even though they could see signs of hands moving and fists colliding with each other. However, they were soon proved wrong again. After a short while, they heard the sound of someone dropping to the floor, but it wasn’t Julian. “I thought your bones were made of steel? It seems you are full of shit instead.” Julian sneered as he looked down at Ben. “You hurt my friends; you have to suffer!” He added coldly. “Punk!” Ben sneered and spat a mouthful of blood ont
Julian is very cool!
“How are you guys?” Flourish asked the others as she got to where they were. They seemed to be scared before, but after seeing what Julian had pulled off, it felt like their favorite hero had come to save them and was also serving justice for their sakes. They were very happy, and all the pain they were feeling before was all washed away like it was never there in the first place. “I have to admit, Mr. Julian is very cool,” Federick said with his swollen eyes that now glinting stars in admiration for what he was seeing. Not only was Julian powerful enough to toss the burly men like pieces of paper into the ocean, but he was arrogant enough to challenge the boss and call him over like a puppy. If at all he was so strong, these men wouldn’t have trampled on them like this before Julian’s arrival. After all this was done, he would ask Julian for some lessons. He had to learn a few moves to be able to defend himself on such occasions in the future. “Exactly. He’s so cool. Boss, you

“Ben, where are the others?” Ken asked immediately he got in front of them and stood a few meters away. As much as he could be very arrogant and act as he wished, he valued his men, their lives, and their safety, so when he didn’t see them around, he had to ask so he could properly know how to vent his anger.“Boss!” Ben’s eyes sparkled with hope, and he felt a surge of energy return to his body. “This punk threw them into the sea over and over again.” He dared to call Julian a punk now that not just his boss but thirty of his colleagues were around as backers. He dared to call Julian whatever he wanted and also take revenge on Sonia for having the guts to slap him so hard.Ken shifted his gaze to the sea before looking at Julian.“Jump inside and bring them to me now!” He ordered furiously.Julian raised a brow at him, stunned by what he just heard. “Do you think I look like one of those dogs behind you that you dare to order around?” He asked, and at once the air became so heavy.
