Bruce immediately coordinated everyone so that they don't get in the way of this tyrant’s Will and be killed because even though it was still being weakened by their territory, a deity was still a deity and could practically flatten them down with a single thought. So what they did is, staying far away and at the same time preventing it from escaping from their territory so that the more it remained there, the easier they might be able to have it in this fight. They also know that to be able to weaken the tyrant more, they had to destroy a fragment of its willpower. That way, they must have reduced the tyranny of the fallen deity's power giving them a much higher chance at defeating the main body. Right now, they were merely dealing with its will and it was already terrifying not to talk of taking its physical form in a battle. Leo stood from afar, each spear he threw with his full Mage physical power, created a thundering boom that shook the earth, slowing down the deity in the for

Rime wrestled with the chilling force… almost like an unstoppable force or pressure was trying to sink him deep into the ocean while he struggled to stay afloat. His eyes turned red from the strain… not only trying to absorb but also keeping the deity in place from moving. No one understood the feeling, yet it was freezing, unbearable and terrifying. Rime shouted, “raaahhhhh…” his energy building up as his explosive absorption power fired up to max. Bruce, Timothy and Rumiel appeared outside the runic circle and started to use their aspect abilities one after another. Rumiel first, managing to get his second aspect ability to cooperate with him, a single finger and he unleashed terrifying power that scattered godliness and chakra into the air. Timothy acted almost immediately, syncing synergies with the only three available energies in the atmosphere and for a single second, he became a deity, his hands slamming down upon the Tyrant's Will and the entire world bending, cracked and

Weeks passed turning into months and just like that six months… The time for the competition was drawing closer and yet, they were unable to leave this world. What was before them and the exit is – a fully body tyrant whose rank is something that even a Divine Mage will not dream of facing. A deity!Even Bruce was slowly becoming frustrated because no matter how he saw things, they were still unable to defeat a deity despite its weakened power. So at this moment, what they needed to escape was a plan. These past months, Rime had managed to get the Nill Beast Aspect ability to Tier 6 but the second aspect, still struggled with breaking out of Tier 5… which seemed like a threshold into something terrifyingly vast.Rime had absorbed Susan's aspect ability. So he did not really know, but with a guess he knew that he cannot become a Valkyrie without upgrading all aspect abilities to the sixth Tier which included Susan's own aspect he absorbed. Let's not even exclude the Tyrant's Will he

Tracy smiled. “Remember what we practiced? You can do it now.”Daku froze for a split second before she nodded and immediately activated her aspect ability.Everyone just watched, Bruce, Rime, Shifeng… all of them. They wanted to understand what Tracy had seen and to do that, she had to survive first. For some reason, full blown nodes of corruption were swirling in her soul, spreading out like a branch. Even Bruce who always has a solution for everything did not know what to do. Luckily, Tracy had planned ahead with Daku… should she get her signal, then they would activate the spell.Months back, Tracy, Beth and Daku had always learnt how to use their different aspect abilities to conjure a certain spell. Why did they have to practice such a spell? Because, Beth's mother had fallen prey to corruption once and saved herself by using the magic. The magic can only work once which is why they had to sync their aspects just to learn it. Grasping it was difficult. And when they managed t

Judy frowned then sighed.“That was not my intention, Horace.” But then Horace shouted, “why have you been provoking everyone? If you hadn't provoked Bruce or Rimelan, would I have received this slap?”Judy froze, silently grinding his teeth that his sworn brother was actually taking the enemies side. “What are you saying? These here are the enemies. We are even supposed to get rid of them and not work together. Have you lost your dignity.” Sean stepped forward, “if losing my dignity means surviving then yes, I might have really lost that dignity. You can just stay behind, allow us to escape, then you'll be on your own to plan your escape. It's not much of a big deal — just don't take us all down with you. Either you listen to the so-called enemies or just wait for us to do our thing. The choice is yours.” Bruce smiled softly. It seems like only Judy's or Shifeng's partner could talk some sense into them. Both Judy and Shifeng were one stubborn fellow, almost like they were both c
