Lyvern was in the common area of Greyhedge, leaning back in the chair he sat in, and admiring his gun with a sour feeling in the back of his throat.Viktor met him last night and informed Lyvern of the wizard exam at Gihon happening in three days—or two days now that it was morning—and how he'd be taking Noah and Emilia there to get their licenses. That pissed him the hell off.Lyvern was a twenty-year-old drop-dead gorgeous bachelor, and vice captain of Greyhedge. He didn't have the time to babysit kids on some stupid trip. But what ticked him off was the fact that Noah, that premature fuck brain with the tenacity of a brainless gorilla, was going with them.Emilia he could manage. As feral and hard to control as she was, she could be reasonable enough that he didn't have to worry about her much. The most he'd do is tell her not to make a repeat of last year and cripple her opponent. But Noah!? That brat who thinks he's hot shit because he thinks he almost landed a clean hit on Lyve
