As the back patio came into view, along with Asher’s broad shoulders and unruly hair, I realized my gut had been right after all. Flecks of dazzling gold swirled in his eyes and were bright even in the dark, much brighter the porch lights with their artificial glow.

His shoulders visibly relaxed as his eyes settled on my face. Only I could see and feel the fury that painted his iris’s gold. While my vision might’ve tunneled on Asher, I didn’t fail to notice he wasn’t alone. Reclined on the swinging bench was Breyona and Giovanni. Mason and Clara occupied the two chairs off to the side.

There wasn’t a single smiling face, only scowls carved deep with worry.

I’d almost forgotten about Ember and Angelica, both of which were partially concealed behind my back, until Asher let out a snarl that nearly shook the entire house.

Ember went deathly still. The temperature rose several degrees, quick enough that a sweat began to break out along the back of my neck.

It’s been obvious all along it was Cassidy but I don’t think we’ll ever see the random memory she showed Lola of the trainer and the reason behind it. It was also hinted many times Cassidy was the reason the brothers hated each other because they were both romantically connected to her.

I hadn’t saw Rowena coming especially after she killed that witch but for the last 20 chapters I was totally thinking Cassidy was a witch and I was right!

Does this make Cassidy and holly sisters now as well?

Ya know how much we spend on this stuff only for you to tease us. I'm done, I can buy a finished book for what I have paid for your soap operas!!!

I love this book so much, but I agree so much with one of the other comments. One chapter every week or so is killing me ... I get all comfy with my tea and blankets thinking it's a real update, them bam I'm done in 5 minute, finished books only or not at all right after this one.

How often is the book updated? I am soo excited for the next chapter's, even tho I hope Tristan doesn't die..

Lynn, honestly, you can K.M.A.... it's a big deal to me. She said no other books would interfere with this one and that turned out to be a huge lie

Then don’t start a book till it is finished I have several I have in my library I waiting to be done. I would rather read all at once and not miss the details and story than piece together. Not a big deal.

Therapist is Freya. I think she was used as a pawn. And there will be a happy ending.

I hope it has a good ending not a rushed 1 like alpha twins, there so much u can write and are very talented

I feel bad for those reading Violets and Ash. she will neglect that book worse than she did Asher. She will finish this one, concentrate on the new one, and work on the other 2 at home. Violets and Ash will be an after thought.

I think Holly called for her mom to save Lola from dark magic. Not to betray Lola. plus, maybe Holly saw something and knew Lola would survive.

I agree with all the comments about Cassidy. She was at a lot of the murder scenes, and the way the trainer responded to her made me even more suspicious. I love this book and can't wait for the finale! You are a great writer.

This is easily one of my favorite books ever. I would rather it take longer and have a wonderful story than a rushed ending. Character development is stellar. Thank you ...️

Jane will there ever be a spin off from this book from the other couples or maybe their children should they make it that far?

I’m hoping if it’s a pregnancy maybe Sean was referring to a wolf pup or pup born from alpha and tribrid blood. I assumed he meant the person watching was Selene. Maybe that’s why he told her to live. I almost feel they were allowed to escape to see Ember and Angelica’s loyalty it’s too tidy

So who grabbed Lola. Wasn’t there the mention of Holly’s therapist. Could Rowena or the auburn haired witch really be Freya or could they be sisters? I’m gonna hafta reread and I hope she has good editor if this goes to print. Please dont let Asher and Lola die b4 they marry. I hope she’s with child

This is why Maya never liked Cassidy she sensed something off about her at the beginning & Lola continued telling Cassidy everything. I'm ready for all three species to aid in the fight with only 2 deaths Cassidy & her mommy dearest.The other species have had enough deaths due to that hateful Freya
