Arion felt an overwhelming rage when he saw those thugs intimidating Olafia. The surge of anger inside him made him want to beat them up. “Now, with the Demon-Sealing Sword, I must deal with this street gang properly,” he thought.

Arion’s eyes had already turned sharp, as if sparks were shooting out from them due to his rising emotions. He respected Olafia as a good and honorable woman. It was just that she had the misfortune of marrying a vile man who only deceived her—useless and cowardly.

“Arion, this isn’t your business, go inside quickly!” Seeing how furious Arion was, Olafia was startled and immediately grabbed his hand, but Arion didn’t budge. She was worried about his future if he were to be destroyed by those terrifying thugs. After all, Arion shouldn’t be defending her—his safety should come first.

Yet Arion simply gave Olafia a calm smile. “Sister, don’t worry. Just watch today—I will stand up for you.” He even spoke to Olafia with full confidence.

Affected by Arion’s confident smile, Olafia couldn’t help but trust him. In her eyes, there also appeared a firm resolve—that Arion would surely be able to handle those vile thugs. Olafia then stepped aside to let Arion take action; somehow, she simply chose to believe in him.

“Arion, you brat, how dare you interfere in our business?!” the fat man glared angrily at Arion, then turned to his men behind him. “This kid is too bold, beat him up, beat him to death!”

Arion clenched his fists tightly. His movements were so fast that the fat man couldn’t even see what happened. All of his underlings who had rushed forward were knocked down, one by one, lying helplessly on the ground.

Arion nodded with a satisfied smile. “This Demon Sealing Spell is truly incredible!” he said enthusiastically in his heart.

The fat man was stunned. “Is this really the Arion I know? There’s no way that snot-nosed kid could do something like this,” he wondered to himself.

Finally, Arion wasn’t about to let the fat man go. He raised his leg and kicked hard toward him, sending the fat man crashing to the ground. Arion walked up, stepped on his chest, and shouted angrily, “If you want to cause trouble here, then be ready to face the consequences! Yesterday, you hit me, but today, I will repay you tenfold!” Arion said coldly, glaring sharply at the fat man.

The fat man’s face immediately turned pale. Yesterday, he hadn’t realized Arion’s strength at all. But now, with Arion’s foot pinning him down, he couldn’t even speak.

Bugh, bugh, bugh!

Arion mercilessly delivered ten hard slaps to the fat man’s face without an ounce of compassion.

After venting his anger, Arion finally lifted his foot and saw the fat man’s face, swollen and disfigured, barely able to speak. When the fat man struggled to stand, he spat out two molars along with blood.

At first, Arion intended to step back to avoid being splattered with blood. But the fat man misunderstood. Seeing Arion’s movement and thinking he was about to hit him again, he immediately dropped to his knees before Arion.

“We know we were wrong, please forgive us, we won’t dare again!”

The villain who had always bullied him was now kneeling before him. This feeling was truly exhilarating for Arion. All of this was thanks to the Demon Sealing Sword!

“Will you dare cause trouble here again or not?!” Arion asked coldly.

“We won’t dare again, not even in our next life!” said the fat man, swearing, even if only to deceive.

“What are you waiting for, get lost now!” Arion said, raising his leg again.

The fat man was so scared he almost wet himself. He immediately gathered his terrified men and ran off as fast as lightning.

After making sure the street gang had left, Arion finally turned and asked Olafia, “Sis, are you okay?”

Olafia hesitated. She couldn’t believe that the powerful man before her was the same Arion she had always known.

When Arion turned back, Olafia quickly grabbed his hand and rushed him into her room. Inside, she busied herself at her desk drawer, pulling out some money and handing it to Arion. “Listen, Arion, take this money and go somewhere else to avoid disaster from those bad men.”

Olafia knew well that the thugs just now were Garry Kalandra’s men. Garry was notorious as a top gangster in the area. For anyone bold enough to beat up his men, Garry would surely never let it go.

Arion understood that Olafia was worried about him. In such difficult times, her care warmed his heart.

But he chose to put the money back into her hand. “Sis, what will you do if I leave?”

“I… I’ll also go hide at a friend’s house. Besides, I can report this to the police,” Olafia replied. In truth, she just didn’t want to burden Arion and drag the good man into her trouble.

“Sis, where else can you hide? Besides, hiding isn’t the solution. I won’t leave. You took me in when I was at my lowest point, so I won’t abandon you. Don’t worry.”

Arion remembered the time when he couldn’t pay his rent and had been evicted by his former landlord, leaving him confused and homeless. It was Olafia who had taken him in. He was always grateful for her kindness.

“But Arion…”

“That’s enough, sis, don’t worry anymore. Listen, I’ll go out for a while to take care of something, then I’ll come back soon, and after that, I’ll take you to face them and settle this once and for all,” Arion said. He turned around and left the house.

Arion knew that even though Garry wouldn’t easily give up after his men had been beaten, he himself wouldn’t act rashly. But he also realized he now had an enemy. Arion needed to find Sifa first. He had to meet her and clear things up about their relationship. Because he also couldn’t let Martin Winoto keep belittling him.

He didn’t dare provoke her now.“Arion… who are you, really?!” Sandra demanded suddenly, eyes filled with suspicion.“You’ve already investigated me so thoroughly, and you’re still asking that?” Arion replied dryly, tension thick in the air.“Whatever. Just listen, stay close to Nadine. Don’t leave her side, no matter what happens,” Sandra said sternly, rubbing her temples as if her head were splitting open.“What happened?” Arion asked, frowning. Whatever could make this woman panic

“Where are you taking me?” he asked, gripping the car door handle tightly as the car roared forward. He began to wonder if Sandra’s car ran on gasoline, or pure alcohol, judging by the way she was driving like a madwoman.“Relax. I’m taking you to see your lovely lady,” she said with a smirk, eyes fixed on the road. “Nadine, the woman who actually sees you, this scoundrel, as something precious.”Arion blinked, confused. He didn’t know Clarissa that well. Was it really fine to have so many people suddenly staying at her place? How big was her house anyway?Meanwhile, in Paul’s underground casino, business was booming as usual. Crowds filled the smoky hall, laughter and cheers echoing from every table. But suddenly, the sound of shattering glass thundered through the room. “So here’s the thing… I once learned a few martial arts moves from an old man in the village. Every time I manage to survive danger, it’s thanks to those skills,” Arion said with a casual smile. Sandra snorted, clearly unconvinced. “Really? You think I’m going to believe that nonsense?” Arion just shrugged, not bothering to argue. “See? I told you, you wouldn’t believe me.” Sandra folded her arms across her chest, her gaze sharp as a blade. “These four men all have gunshot wounds. Do you think I’m blind?” Arion remained calm, as if he had anticipated the question. “Actually, there were five of them. Four here were already weakened, and the last one… he killed them. I just took the opportunity and struck when he was off guard. The rest… you can see for yourself.” Without hesitation, Arion pointed out the location where the fifth man had fallen. Sandra fell silent for a moment, her expression pensive, as if she was starting to consider that Arion might not be entirely lying. “Chec

“What did they go through before dying?” Sandra wondered silently. There was no time to dwell. She quickly ordered her team to secure the scene, then approached Nadine with concern. “Nadine, are you all right?”Nadine shook her head faintly, regret shadowing her eyes.Sandra, usually cool and composed, softened her tone, perhaps because of her friendship with Nadine. She even turned to Olafia kindly. “Don’t worry. We’ll keep you both safe,” she assured.“Thank you… I’m all right,” Olafia replied, her voice steadier now though still trembling.“Olafia, your house is a disaster, it’s not safe to stay here. The station has a staff residence. I can arrange two rooms for you,” Sandra offered thoughtfully.Nadine shook her head gently. “Sandra, you have work to do here. Don’t worry about us. I’ll take Olafia to Clarissa’s place.”“All right,” Sandra agreed, signaling two officers. “I’ll have my men escort you.”But before they could move, Arion interjected, “That won’t be necessary.
