That evening, the sky began to dim, covering the city in shades of orange and purple. Arion hurriedly grabbed his bicycle and rode straight toward Amanda’s residence.
“Ring, ring, ring...” the sound of Arion’s bicycle bell echoed repeatedly. Crash! “Damn it!” Arion got into an accident while riding his bike. By mistake, he had run into a girl. The girl fell to the ground, her body already covered in blood. “Shit!” Arion cursed in frustration and immediately panicked. He quickly dropped his bicycle and crouched beside the girl. “Hey, hey, wake up! If you want to scam someone, go for a car. I’m poor, I’ve got no money!” he said while patting her cheek several times. The girl slowly opened her half-closed eyes, glanced at Arion, and murmured weakly, “Hurry... go.” “What the...” Arion furrowed his thick brows. He was utterly confused and didn’t know what to do. Instead of blaming him, the girl told him to leave. “Nadine Frinchy is over there, chase her!” suddenly, a loud voice came from the distance. “That girl dared to kick me. Bring her back, punish her first, then make her talk!” shouted one man furiously. “Take her to the base!” another man barked, clearly full of rage. Three men came running straight toward Arion and the girl. At last, Arion quickly understood — the girl was being chased by those men. Without hesitation, Arion lifted the girl in his arms, turned around, and ran as fast as lightning. Luckily, he now had the power of the Demon Sealing Sword. Carrying a girl like this felt like nothing to him. “Put... put me down...” the girl pleaded weakly. “Shut up. If you keep talking, I really will drop you!” Arion threatened. The men cursed angrily behind them, sounding like a bunch of thugs and bandits. How could Arion let them harm such a beautiful girl? Right now, Arion felt fired up and strong, like a soldier burning with determination to protect the weak. After running for a while, Arion turned into a dead-end alley. The girl in his arms had completely fainted. He laid her down on the asphalt and searched her body from top to bottom but found no phone he could use to contact her family. Maybe she had lost it. Still, he noticed how soft her body felt... “Master, this beautiful girl is on the verge of death!” Nara’s voice suddenly rang out, reminding Arion to focus instead of admiring her. “Then... how do I save her?” Arion asked, snapping back to reality and realizing how dire her condition was. “Master, you can save her!” Nara urged confidently. “What?!” Arion was shocked. He was a computer expert, not a doctor. Asking him to save someone’s life was far too much! “My lord, the solution lies within the Demon Sealing Sword,” Nara assured him. “Why didn’t you say so earlier!” Arion retorted. As soon as Arion entered the realm of the Demon Sealing Sword again, he was transported into an enormous chamber. Nara pulled him toward the sword and said, “Master, within the second seal, there is something that can heal illnesses and save lives.” Following Nara’s gaze, Arion finally understood. The gems embedded in the sword were actually seals. He couldn’t allow the girl to die right before his eyes. Looking at the seal, he asked Nara, “How do I open it?” “Simply use the power of the sealing incantation.” Nara clenched her fist and gave a strong demonstration for Arion to follow. Arion pressed his lips tightly, gathered as much energy as possible, and with a strike, the gemstone before him shattered and fell to the ground. The same spot on the Demon Sealing Sword transformed, revealing a door. “Master, you’ve broken the seal. Please, go inside!” Nara gestured. Arion immediately stepped through the door. Inside was a boundless chamber filled with thriving herbs — ginseng and roots he recognized, growing wildly like grass. At the center stood a massive bookshelf lined with countless ancient books radiating a mystical aura. They weren’t just medical texts. At the top of the shelf gleamed thirteen golden needles. Before attempting to save the girl, Arion chose to read the books. He skimmed quickly, absorbing the knowledge, until at last he reached for the golden needles with determination. Clang! Suddenly, information about the golden needles filled his mind. They were a long-lost medical art from the old era, known as the Golden Needle Technique. This technique could heal diseases, save lives, punish the wicked, and eliminate evil. Arion smiled in satisfaction. He exited the Demon Sealing Sword, clutching the golden needles, and crouched beside the girl. He focused. Once again, his X-ray vision activated, and the girl’s clothes seemed to vanish. Arion was momentarily stunned by the sight. “Master, really...? Saving her is more important right now, isn’t it?” Nara’s voice scolded him back to focus. “I... I’m just looking for the right acupuncture points...” Arion explained nervously, clearing his throat to cover his embarrassment. This time, he concentrated fully. He saw the girl’s injuries — her chest area was badly damaged, her heart and lungs impacted, which had caused her to faint. “This is serious trauma...” Arion muttered. He quickly inserted a golden needle into the precise acupuncture point. Instantly, the bleeding stopped. With three more insertions in different spots, the wound began closing rapidly, right before Arion’s eyes. “This Golden Needle Technique is truly miraculous!” Arion marveled. “You brat, trying to play hero for a woman, are you?” The three men who had been chasing them finally caught up. Arion turned his head, shocked to see them pointing pistols at him. “Haha, now you see, the fate of a hero saving a beauty is death!” one man sneered, brandishing a weapon. “But dying with such a beauty... isn’t that worth it?” another mocked, raising his gun and aiming at Arion. “What the hell, isn’t it too much to just shoot right away?!” Arion exclaimed in shock. Gunshots rang out. “Master, Nara will protect you!” Nara cried. Arion felt a chill on his forehead, then a purple figure appeared before him. It was Nara, standing in front of him in her small fairy form. With her delicate hands, she effortlessly caught the bullet. The sight left the three men utterly stunned.Latest Chapter

As Sandra’s car sped down the highway, her phone suddenly rang. The sound of screeching brakes followed immediately as she slammed the car to a stop by the roadside, nearly sending Arion’s head into the windshield.“What the hell?!” Arion barked, ready to scold her, but one look at Sandra’s pale, anxious face made him swallow his words.“Alright… understood!” Sandra said quickly into the phone before hanging up.With a furious slap to the steering wheel, she let out her frustration.Arion’s eye twitched. He didn’t dare provoke her now.“Arion… who are you, really?!” Sandra demanded suddenly, eyes filled with suspicion.“You’ve already investigated me so thoroughly, and you’re still asking that?” Arion replied dryly, tension thick in the air.“Whatever. Just listen, stay close to Nadine. Don’t leave her side, no matter what happens,” Sandra said sternly, rubbing her temples as if her head were splitting open.“What happened?” Arion asked, frowning. Whatever could make this woman panic

“Listen! Later, I’ll go out there and lead everyone to give you a chance. No matter what it takes, you must get out of the casino! Whatever happens, you have to find Arion!” Paul said firmly, his eyes burning with determination.Baron quickly grabbed his boss’s arm. “Boss, I… I’m afraid I can’t do it!” He had never faced such a terrifying situation before, it was crushing him inside.“Baron, out of everyone here, only you have the speed to make it. That’s why I’m asking you to go. All our lives depend on you now!” Paul insisted, his tone heavier than ever.“Alright, Boss.” Baron nodded hard, swallowing down his fear.“Paul! Come out right now! If you don’t, we’ll hurt this kid!” Rizz’s sharp voice echoed through the corridor, filled with cruel confidence.“Let him go! Whatever happens, deal with me directly!” Paul shouted, determination flashing in his eyes as he gave Baron a subtle signal before stepping out of the secret chamber, winding his way toward Rizz and Joda. When Rizz and J

“Where are you taking me?” he asked, gripping the car door handle tightly as the car roared forward. He began to wonder if Sandra’s car ran on gasoline, or pure alcohol, judging by the way she was driving like a madwoman.“Relax. I’m taking you to see your lovely lady,” she said with a smirk, eyes fixed on the road. “Nadine, the woman who actually sees you, this scoundrel, as something precious.”Arion blinked, confused. He didn’t know Clarissa that well. Was it really fine to have so many people suddenly staying at her place? How big was her house anyway?Meanwhile, in Paul’s underground casino, business was booming as usual. Crowds filled the smoky hall, laughter and cheers echoing from every table. But suddenly, the sound of shattering glass thundered through the room. Paul burst out of his office, alarmed.“What the hell happened?” he muttered, his instincts screaming that only someone truly bold would dare cause trouble here.He immediately grew alert. He had known all along that

“So here’s the thing… I once learned a few martial arts moves from an old man in the village. Every time I manage to survive danger, it’s thanks to those skills,” Arion said with a casual smile. Sandra snorted, clearly unconvinced. “Really? You think I’m going to believe that nonsense?” Arion just shrugged, not bothering to argue. “See? I told you, you wouldn’t believe me.” Sandra folded her arms across her chest, her gaze sharp as a blade. “These four men all have gunshot wounds. Do you think I’m blind?” Arion remained calm, as if he had anticipated the question. “Actually, there were five of them. Four here were already weakened, and the last one… he killed them. I just took the opportunity and struck when he was off guard. The rest… you can see for yourself.” Without hesitation, Arion pointed out the location where the fifth man had fallen. Sandra fell silent for a moment, her expression pensive, as if she was starting to consider that Arion might not be entirely lying. “Chec

“What did they go through before dying?” Sandra wondered silently. There was no time to dwell. She quickly ordered her team to secure the scene, then approached Nadine with concern. “Nadine, are you all right?”Nadine shook her head faintly, regret shadowing her eyes.Sandra, usually cool and composed, softened her tone, perhaps because of her friendship with Nadine. She even turned to Olafia kindly. “Don’t worry. We’ll keep you both safe,” she assured.“Thank you… I’m all right,” Olafia replied, her voice steadier now though still trembling.“Olafia, your house is a disaster, it’s not safe to stay here. The station has a staff residence. I can arrange two rooms for you,” Sandra offered thoughtfully.Nadine shook her head gently. “Sandra, you have work to do here. Don’t worry about us. I’ll take Olafia to Clarissa’s place.”“All right,” Sandra agreed, signaling two officers. “I’ll have my men escort you.”But before they could move, Arion interjected, “That won’t be necessary.
