Chapter 002

Within the territory, in Deastoria’s neighboring city, there is Keklia, to the south of the city.

A license-less commercial vehicle drives out of an abandoned factory area, and then speeds off in the direction of the outskirts.

Inside the commercial vehicle, apart from the driver, there are three tattooed men and a four or five-year-old girl.

At this moment, the little girl's face is pale, her big eyes filled with endless fear, shaking slightly all over.

"Bald, how did you handle things?" The scar-faced man looks at the bald man and says in a deep voice.

"You were supposed to keep an eye on this little girl, but you didn't even know she had a cell phone on her!?"

"Understood, Boss!" The bald man nods vigorously.

"Boss, who exactly wants this little girl? The commission offered this time is so generous, it must be someone important, right?" The other buzz-cut man asks.

"Don't ask what shouldn't be asked, just focus on your tasks!" The scar-faced man coldly responds.

A deep sense of dread passes through his eyes, and the other person's identity gives him a chilling feeling.

"I'm just a little curious." The buzz-cut man responds, "Boss, do you know why they're after this girl?"

"Supposedly, they want to perform a heart transplant on another little girl!" The scar-faced man nods slightly in response.

Hiss!

The buzz-cut man takes a sharp breath, "Damn, that's ruthless! So this little girl is doomed?"

"What do you think?" The scar-faced man glances at him.

"Alright!" The buzz-cut man shrugs his shoulders.

"Laurel won't die. Dad...Dad will surely come to save Laurel..." Upon hearing the conversation between the two, the little girl cries loudly.

"Where did your dad come from?" The bald man turns his head to look at the little girl and says.

"You were already a bastard. Your mother didn't even know who your father is!"

"Laurel is not a bastard, Laurel has daddy..." the little girl continues to cry, "You...you bad people, my...my daddy will never let you go..."

"Heh, even if you have a daddy, I'm afraid he's long dead, otherwise why hasn't he come to find you all these years?"

"Dad...is not dead, he will definitely come to save Laurel..." The little girl shakes her head vigorously, "Dad will definitely come..."

"So when do you think your dad will come to save you? Tomorrow? Or the day after tomorrow?" The bald man grins.

At 1 PM, a military jeep stops at the entrance of an abandoned factory area in the south of Keklia.

Before the car completely stops, Junior, filled with killing intent, kicks open the door and rushes into the factory area.

An hour ago, he and Timothy had just landed at the Deastoria military airport and received a message from Neptune.

They were told that the last message Laurel sent from her phone was not from Deastoria, but from an industrial area on the outskirts of Keklia, the neighboring city of Deastoria.

So, the two of them drove a military jeep from Deastoria to Keklia at lightning speed.

"Are you sure Laurel's last message on her phone was sent from here?" Junior scans the surroundings and looks at Timothy behind him.

Junior frowns, then strides to the door of a room on the inside. He waves his hand, and the entire door panel instantly bursts open, with wood chips flying.

When Junior saw the pile of shattered phone components on the ground, a surge of overwhelming killing intent erupts from him once again.

Timothy, standing behind him, couldn't help but shivered!

"When will Archangel arrive?" Junior continued to ask after Timothy hung up the phone.

Archangel was one of the five sharp knives of the Darkmoon Legion!

The Darkmoon Legion was divided into five districts according to geographical location, with one of the sharp knives responsible for each district!

"When I called him, he was on a mission outside of the city and said he would come immediately. If nothing unexpected happens, he should be able to arrive before evening!" Timothy responded.

"OK." Junior nodded slightly.

"General, where are we going now?" The two got back in the car, and Timothy asked.

"We have located Rosemary's position. She might know who took away Laurel!" Junior responded after a brief thought.

"Good!" Timothy composed a message and sent it out.

Five minutes later, Timothy's phone message alert rang, and he picked it up to take a look.

"General, Rosemary's location has been confirmed." Timothy looked at Junior with a hesitant tone.

"Speak!" Junior said in a deep voice.

"She is now at the Keklia Royal Feast Pavilion," Timothy responded after a deep breath.

"Mm!?" Junior turned to look at Timothy, his brows slightly furrowed.

"Maybe she just went to the hotel for business, it's hard to say." Timothy took another deep breath.

"Drive!" Junior lit a cigarette, and took a deep drag, his eyes cold, and his face gloomy.

Boom!

Timothy stepped on the accelerator, and the car shot forward.
