Chapter 813 Mother and Father Fight

Dora and Melissa are having their nine o'clock snack in the living room. Brazilian donuts sprinkled with cinnamon and icing sugar on the tray. They are sipping fennel tea from cups that smell like new.

"Um, the exquisite china makes the experience more delicious." Dora plays after swallowing.

"Absolutely, Mom," Melissa nods satisfied, "How did you find this new tea set?"

"Wandering around Downtown," Dora responds by taking another sip.

The radio played "Sunday Morning", a song by The Bolshoi, but the landline plays on top of the song.

Melissa puts the cup on the saucer on the coffee table and gets up to answer it, "Hello?"

"Hello, Mrs. Rocha? This is the concierge. Pamela Reis wants to go upstairs. Do I let her in or do I call the police?"

Melissa smiles at the doorman who has wanted to call the police since 1985, "I'll miss you when you retire. You can let her up."

When Melissa hangs up, Dora is curious, "Who is it?"
