Marcel coughed, blood splattering onto his lips.

“You and your entire family…” he rasped, his eyes locked on Adrian.

"You’re all devils.”

He coughed again, more blood spilling from his mouth.

“And because of your evil intentions,” He continued, his voice breaking.

"The spirits of the predecessors who served The Order… they won’t allow you or your son to ascend the throne.”

Lucas scoffed, his expression filled with disdain.

The bullet tore through Max’ leg.

He collapsed with a shout, clutching his thigh as blood poured from the wound.

She told him to just say whatever he needed through the door, but he kept begging her to give him a few minutes to explain himself inside. Now she was sitting on the couch with red, puffy eyes from crying, while he sat across from her. He’d just finished playing the recording where Adrian confessed to killing her family. Before playing it, he’d explained everything that had gone down over the past few days. She buried her face in her palms, her shoulders shaking.“I can’t believe it,” she whispered, her voice muffled.“I can’t believe I fell for it. I can’t believe I trusted him.”Ethan leaned forward slightly.“Lara,” he said quietly.“This isn’t your fault.”She looked up at him, tears streaming down her face.“How is it not my fault?” she said, her voice breaking.“I believed him, Ethan. I let him manipulate me. I betrayed you. I put

They didn’t even see it coming.” Adrian added with a smirk.Theo’s jaw dropped, his face contorting with rage and disbelief.“You… you monster,” he choked out.Ethan let out a low chuckle.“What a stupid being you are,” he said, shaking his head.“You knew how he operated. You knew what he was capable of. And yet you never once stopped to question whether he’d done the same thing to you.”Tears were streaming down Theo’s face now, his entire body shaking. He released Adrian’s shirt and slumped back in his chair, his hands covering his face.“I was so blind,” Theo whispered, his voice broken.“I should’ve seen it. I should’ve known.”He let out

Both of them had their wrists chained to the wall.Adrian looked rough—his face was pale and his eyes were hollow. He still hadn’t fully recovered. But even in his weakened state, there was still a sharpness to his gaze.“What?” He rasped, his voice hoarse.“Are you here to finally kill us?”He leaned back slightly, his chains rattling. "So you’ve decided to drop the principles of a saint King of the World?”He scoffed. "Not shedding blood and all that noble nonsense?"He tilted his head. “But I’m curious about something… How do you sleep at night, knowing dozens of people are dead because of you?”Ethan shook his head slowly, amused by the question.“Unbelievable,” he muttered, pulling out the chair across from them and sitting down.He leaned forward.“You’re sitting here, chained up, barely alive, and you’re still trying to twist the narrative,” he said calml

She looked fragile and broken—a shadow of the woman he knew. “Oh my God! Jessica!” he yelled, panic clawing his chest He rushed to her side, dropping to his knees. His hands shook as he undid the knots on her wrists first, then her ankles. Every second dragged, but finally, she was free. He pulled her gently to lean against the grimy wall, supporting her as if she might crumble to dust at any moment. Her body shook, weak from hours bound. Then, carefully, he removed the gag from her mouth, tossing it outside like poison. A faint whimper escaped her trembling lips as she gasped for air.“Jess, are you hurt?” he asked, his hands moving over her arms and shoulders, checking for cuts, bruises, anything that might be bleeding. He lifted the hem of her shirt slightly, revealing the dirt and shallo
