The walls of the old office building in Wan Chai shook violently. CRACK! CRUNCH! Debris fell, thick dust filled the air, and the screech of twisting metal rang in the ears of Rizal, Nova, and Ucok. They ran as fast as they could down the dark corridor, searching for an exit from the collapsing building. The musty smell of damp rubble mixed with dust choked their lungs.

"Over there!" Nova shouted, pointing to a crack in the wall where a sliver of light from outside glimmered—a glimmer of hope in the darkness.

  • Seeking the Control Center

The last message from the paralyzed agent of Daruma, "He is at the center of the vortex, where all threads converge," kept echoing in the minds of Rizal, Nova, and Ucok. After successfully disabling the mind control device in Hanoi, they returned to Hong Kong to analyze the cryptic clue."Vortex... threads..." muttered Nova, staring at the world map on her holopad screen. "It must refer to the central control node of Daruma’s network. A place where he could manipulate multiple agents at once.""Metaphorically, ‘vortex’ could mean a center of power or information," Rizal added, sipping his strong black coffee. "A major city vital to global communications and politics."Ucok, busy frying mendoan for breakfast, chimed in. "Maybe Jakarta again, bro? It’s a vortex of traffic jams—every thread is tangled in one place."Rizal and Nova exchanged thin smiles at Ucok’s comment. But the thought wasn’t entirely off base. Jakarta was one of the most densely populated cities in Southeast Asia, with

  • Global Hunt Begins

SWOOSH! The hum of the café's server fans faded into the background as Rizal, Nova, and Ucok stepped out, blending seamlessly into the bustling streets of Hong Kong. Their recent conversation about Project Puppeteer and Daruma's embedded agents worldwide lingered in their minds. They understood that this hunt wouldn't be straightforward. Their adversaries were invisible, hiding behind familiar faces.Back at their temporary base—a cramped apartment in Causeway Bay—Nova swiftly set up her equipment. KLAK! KLIK! Her fingers danced across the keyboard, accessing global data networks. Rizal reached out to old contacts, disseminating information about the new threat and seeking assistance in identifying individuals potentially under Daruma's mind control. Meanwhile, Ucok, ever himself, prepared a stash of snacks."It's like searching for a needle in a haystack," Nova murmured, eyes fixed on a screen filled with codes and world maps. "The list of agents we have is just the tip of the iceber

  • Dramatic Rescue

The walls of the old office building in Wan Chai shook violently. Debris rained down, thick dust choked the air, and the screech of metal grinding against metal pierced the ears of Rizal, Nova, and Ucok. They ran with everything they had through the dark corridor, searching for a way out of the crumbling building."Over there!" shouted Nova, pointing to a crack in the wall where a faint light shone through. They rushed toward the gap, leaping over scattered concrete beams. Ucok, with his larger frame, struggled more than the others to navigate the rubble."Come on, Cok! Don’t become crushed rendang!" Rizal yelled, grabbing Ucok’s arm.Just as they reached the opening, a large chunk of ceiling collapsed in front of them with a deafening CRASH, blocking the path. They were trapped."Damn it!" cursed Rizal. "We need another way!"Suddenly, another rumble—RUMMBLE—this time from beneath them. The floor beneath their feet began to crack with a loud CRRRACK and gave way, opening a gaping hol

  • City of Light, Shadows of Darkness

The neon lights of Hong Kong blazed brightly, casting a dazzling glow over the city's luxury and the bustle of its nightlife. But behind the glittering façades, a complex and dangerous underworld lay hidden. Rizal, Nova, and Ucok arrived in the city under disguise, doing their best to stay unnoticed as they searched for the secret location provided by Nightshade. The address led them to an old, seemingly abandoned office building in the busy Wan Chai district. Amid the noise of bars and restaurants, the building stood silent and menacing.“This place looks... unfriendly,” murmured Ucok, eyeing the building’s darkened windows.“That means we’re in the right place,” replied Rizal, his eyes scanning their surroundings. “Nightshade said this used to be one of Daruma’s headquarters. We need to be careful—there could be traps or leftover guards.”Using their skills, they infiltrated the building without being detected. The interior was dark and dusty, filled with broken office furniture and

  • Dawn in Bali

The morning sun greeted Kuta Beach with its gentle rays, casting golden reflections on the calm waves. At the still-quiet "Rendang Rambo" food stall, Rizal, Nova, and Ucok sat together, savoring their morning coffee after a long and exhausting night.“Finally... peace,” muttered Ucok, sipping his coffee with pleasure. “No more robots, no more clones, no more DNA monsters.”Nova gave a faint smile, though her eyes still showed a hint of alertness. “Don’t be too sure, Cok. This world is full of unpleasant surprises.”Rizal nodded in agreement. “Threats will always exist; they just change form. But for now... we truly deserve a break.”News of the exposure of Chimera’s research facility and the death of Daruma had spread across the globe, shocking and simultaneously relieving many. Governments around the world had begun increasing their surveillance of biotechnology and artificial intelligence research.Yet behind the scenes, the seeds of new conflict may have already begun to sprout. Th

  • The Final Battle at Carpathian

The terrifying roar of the Chimera creatures echoed throughout the research facility. Horrifying hybrids with human bodies fused with wild animal parts began to emerge from their unlocked cages. There were figures with human bodies and wolf heads, others with giant bat wings, and various other grotesque combinations.“This is insane! We have to stop them!” Ucok shouted in panic, dodging the sharp claws of a bear-headed creature.“Focus, Cok! We have to get to Daruma!” Rizal responded, firing at a winged monster that tried to attack him from the air.Nova quickly assessed the situation. “We need to cut the power to these cages! If not, more monsters will keep coming out!”The three of them moved through the chaotic laboratory, dodging attacks from the Chimera creatures while trying to reach the main control room where Daruma was located. A fierce battle ensued among shattered experiment tubes and destroyed lab equipment.Rizal fought brutally, using every corner and crevice to his adva

  • Chimera’s Trail – The Global Hunt Begins

Leaving behind the beauty of Bali, Rizal, Nova, and Ucok dove once again into the shadows of the underworld. The information about Project Chimera and Daruma’s return had made them more alert than ever. They knew that this time, the stakes were higher. It wasn’t just about AI or clones anymore—it was about the terrifying potential creation of a biological weapon.“We need to find out where Daruma is hiding the Chimera research facility,” said Rizal as they sat on a plane bound for Tokyo. “The Obsidian Tower might just be the tip of the iceberg.”Nova was analyzing the data recovered from the Obsidian Tower more thoroughly. “There are some faint clues about fund transfers to several biotech companies in Eastern Europe and South America. One of them might be a front for the Chimera facility.”Ucok, who usually lightened the mood with his humor, looked unusually serious. “Super soldiers made from animal DNA? Sounds like an A-grade horror movie. We really have to stop this madman.”Upon a

  • Sunset in Bali

A few weeks later, the rich aroma of spices mingled with the sea breeze at a small roadside stall on the edge of Kuta Beach, Bali. The warung “Rendang Rambo” was finally open for business, with Ucok as the proud chef and owner. Rizal and Nova sat at one of the simple wooden tables, savoring the fiery rendang labeled “hellfire level,” served directly by Ucok himself.“So? Good, right?” Ucok asked with a wide grin, wiping the sweat off his forehead. “This is a special recipe—made of revenge and happiness.”Rizal gave a thumbs-up. “Outstanding, Cok. Definitely worth the wait.”Nova nodded in agreement, though her eyes occasionally drifted to her phone lying on the table. “It really is the best. But don’t get too comfortable being a chef, Cok. The world still needs us.”Ucok laughed. “Don’t worry. The instincts of a former mafia member don’t just disappear. Anyone messing around in my warung will get a taste of my death sambal.”The tension between them slowly faded. Black Bishop and the
