Mission begins

“Okay, I need to grab something out of my backpack. Stay with me, Roy. Please!” he says while walking towards the tree and pulling out one of the many bags he’s carried around. He opens the bag and begins rummaging through it once again. Then he finds what he was looking for: a small box with a few bottles of liquid inside. He quickly runs back to Roy and kneels next to him as fast as he possibly could without losing balance. “We have to get you into my tent, alright? It’s our only chance.” He places the first bottle of saline on the ground and takes the box out of his pocket, opens it, and puts a couple of pills in his mouth. Roy watches the man drink the water in his mouth and then spit it out immediately, almost choking on it as he continues to look for the proper medication.
