The night plunged deeper into darkness as the both of them remained rested in each other’s arms, Catherine’s head on Kai’s chest as she closed her eyes, falling asleep to the rhythm of his heartbeat.Kai could feel something coming, it was excruciatingly close and he knew that was why Fabio was making sure that he trained really hard for but tomorrow would be different.Tomorrow, he doesn’t have to train and he could plan the perfect date for Catherine. MAEVE HAWTHORN. We settled in nicely and by the time we were— I was— done unpacking, it was already evening and Enzo insisted that he was going to do the cooking.
